I liked the layout of the hotel, with the fountain courtyard in the middle. This hotel was made for guests who value their privacy. We had a sitting room and bedroom. There is no dining hall in the hotel, so all meals are delivered to your room. It was different and suited us quite well! We felt safe and content in this hotel. The staff are really nice and accommodating.

We weren't big fans of the breakfast (you don't have a choice --they serve you whatever they have that day). However, the meals on the menu were EXCELLENT. We really enjoyed the steak, soup, salads, cheese sticks, fresh fruit, and fresh bread. Quite honestly, everything in the menu was delicious! We really loved it all. The room service is 24 hours, which was fantastic. There is also a mini fridge in the room, which was convenient.

The room was spacious and had comfortable seating and bedding. Excellent breakfast delivered right to the room. Nice, but pricy, fridge filled with things that we did not need. Nice shower. A beautiful fountain in the courtyard. Nice little pool and hot tub with TVs. Beautiful art which lend itself to the libertarian feel of the place. Definitely reflective of Roman society as perceived in a relatively conservative society.

Too many stairs, especially with a young child. Fridge is unusable with all the things for sale in it. A little far on a congested road to get back into Yerevan proper. Good location if going on to Garni. Feels as though it is typically rented by the hour, not for the night.

Everything was ok especially the manager was a lovely lady at all 24 hours answer to solve ur problems and very clean same as pictures nice clean cosy pool and breakfast so much they send us as a 5 person room for a 2 person room !!! The best trip with the best manager lovely gohar

Exceptional service. Especially from the manager Ms Gohar. Everything from the breakfast to arranging airport transfer we feel a personal touch. The gesture of providing packed food on the way to airport while checking out the late hours says everything about how Hotel Roma treats the customers. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly responsive and caring, assisting us with any difficulties that arose during our trip. The exterior and fountain were stunning, creating a lovely ambiance. Special thanks for the complimentary spa access, airport transfer, and in-room breakfasts. The hotel's cuisine was also outstanding, with a delicious menu offered at reasonable prices.

Everything was great! Staffs and the manager were very nice. With reasonable price you receive an excellent service! My elderly parents stayed there and they took care of them well. They set the airport transfer, city taxi, and other requests well. Ms. Gohar could speak English well which was extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing! It was a full free British breakfast with lots of options and hot drinks.They served the breakfast till 11 o’clock which you could consider it as a brunch and skip the lunch. Breakfast was delivered on trays at the room. It was very convenient!

Splendid hotel! By all means worth to stay at while you are at Yerevan. Large room. Decent "full Armenian" breakfast. Reminds full English breakfast with a bit of the top-ups: Armenian jam, Armenian lavash, different types of bread, pasta though sometimes, sour-cream and cottage cheese, cheese, sometimes yogurt, tea or a coffee served to the room. Room was clean. Sauna is booked for you as a private zone, which is free of charge for one hour from 9 AM to 6 PM. Bath zone includes sauna, warm/hot backlighted pool a few square meters size as well as sae temperature jacuzzi as well as the shower room and sofas, chairs. There is a bar at the territory of the hotel. Accurate Roman design with the fountain in the center of the yard. Located just a bit outside of the center, though quite close - 4.3 km away, taxi is cheap enough here. The transfer from the airport was included as well. Calm place overall. Nice people. Thank you!

Manager and staffs were very friendly and they are always available for help. We have checked in late at 8:00 pm, but the management operated sauna, pool and jacuzzi exclusively for our family. Staffs are always available to help you. We had a great stay, thanks to management and staffs.

Water and kettle was not available in room. Which needs to be considered by the management. Breakfast is served in our room. Breakfast is good but menu selection is limited. It may be good if the hotel consider to provide continental breakfast in future.
