We loved the resort in general. We stayed on 28-30 Dec. The staff are really great, friendly and accommodating especially the ladies at the reception. My bad I forgot the receptionist's name who was exceptionally helpful to us. The resort has a restaurant and the food we ordered for lunch and dinner were all great and scrumptious. We all love it! The location is perfect as it's just a 10-15 minute walking distance to Tsaghkadzor Ski Resort.

The breakfast in the restaurant was good however it seems they serve the same food everyday at least in our 2 nights stay there and with very limited choices. We stayed in a Duplex family room and it was spacious but they should have put in a bigger table so we can put the food we ordered through room service. They only have a very small round table. The room is kinda old especially the stairs in the room and not well maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Ms. Ani. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were beyond impressive. She was always ready to assist with any request, whether it was providing local recommendations, answering questions about the hotel's amenities, or ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. I also would like to thank Mr. Robert in the restaurant for being so hospitable and always making sure that we were comfortable and happy with the food and service.

Breakfast was better than expected and certainly good value for money considering the price we paid for 4 nights. The resort was very picturesque, especially in the snow and the rooms were clean, spacious and came with a fridge and TV with Netflix and YouTube etc. There was also a modern bathroom. There’s a couple of restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant itself serves great room service. The pool was also good, gym is small. Some bottles of water were provided each day and the room also had robes, slippers and a kettle. Food was reasonably priced too and easy to contact staff on WhatsApp, who were all helpful and did their best to make our stay wonderful.

The resort is a 10 minute walk to the ski slopes and doesn’t have ski storage, so you need to keep hiring each day. This wasn’t a problem for us but the hill is steep. I thought I’d seen transfers mentioned online but this wasn’t mentioned in person and we didn’t mind the exercise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Taghenis Resort, and I can't say enough about how incredible our experience was! The location is absolutely perfect - right next to the ski track, making it a skier's paradise. But it's not just about the location - the vibe of the hotel is truly amazing. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and at ease. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. And if you're traveling with kids, this place is a dream come true! They have thought of everything to keep little ones entertained and happy. And let's not forget the restaurant - wow! Each meal was more delicious than the last, and the variety of options was impressive. We can't wait to come back to Hotel Taghenis Resort - it's truly a gem! ❤️"

Add extra light in the room and add jacket hangers

Location was great and overall a nice experience. - Great to have towels and bathrobes in both room and in pool area - nice restaurant with convenient breakfast - nice outdoor area for lounging - good internet and television in the room - convenient location, next to ropeways, Craftsman’s restaurant and Paulaner restaurant.

- 1st floor rooms are too public, had to keep curtains shut for entire duration - Pool water was too warm, it was said it is 26 deg., but actual thermometers inside were showing 38 deg. - The showers in the pool were very uncomfortable and not functioning well - No markets close

This is 2nd time for us that we are here.. And will be back again if we visit Armenia next time.. Stuff are helpful, friendly and have service mind(recommended many things) .. We took the cottage it was very convenient for family have a planty of room, kitchen you can cook(equipment are there). . But if you don't want to cook their is a room service option to order foods.. Their food are good as well.. Location it's very close to the rope way for ski you can go by walk 300-400 meters away from the hotel For a good restaurant you can take a taxi.. It's will take you only 5 mins and cost you not more than 500AMD(1.5$) which it's very good price.. For transportation from airport.. Hotel can arrange for you and its reasonable price.

Went for winter snow season. Great size and location for a group of 6. Very spacious bathrooms, great showers. Really good restaurant (chicken risotto was a team favorite) and 5 minute walk to ski lifts. Really accommodating for requests.

No regular shuttle up the mountain, was needed some days the walk was very icy. Taxi was very affordable though and the hotel arranged it for us.

its well located, the cable car and the ski resort is within 5 mins walking distance. Friendly staff. And very good restaurant in the hotel vicinity.

The rooms were small and the TV positioning was off since from the bed the TV was not positioned and was tilted. These small things makes the experience better since its away from the city and after a long day outdoors people might need some TV time to relax.

Amazing place to spend your memorable and relaxing vacay, the best part is, this amazing holiday home is the BEST holiday home with its unique traditional style built with wooden architecture adds your stay truly at its best, this place is very close to the SKI about 200m to 300m walk, restaurants are very close by at few steps from the hotel. Thanks to the prettie receptionist who speaks well English, she answered all my questions so patiently and helped me with the airport transfers and further to Dilijan. The hotel has a inhouse restro pub, you should meet Robert, lovely guy had a best conversation knowing the Armenian culture and its tradition, I too shared our Indian culture and its tradition. Hotel have few lovely fur babies pet dogs who are so loving, we brought them food and are so adorable. Already Missing them. I never seen any info about the nearest place to visit here in booking.com but here I am going to share with all you folks few good tips - Walk to your right from the hotel exit - on the very left turn theres a KON home made food restaurant, its amazingly built with lovely people around to serve you tasty food - a must visit Further second left will take you to the beautiful Monastery & church, theres a small grocery named Market to buy some wine etc at around 3500 Amd approx and your day to day grocery too Walk to your left from the hotel exit - on the very first theres a Craftsman hotel which is good. Further walk straight theres a SKI very conveniently from the hotel. Love this beautiful cottage style holiday home, looking forward to visit again soon in spring or autumn.

The ambience and the location. Very calm and cool place. The reception staff was very helpful and so caring. The Tsaghkadzor rope way is located just 700m from the hotel. Anyone who is planning to visit Armenia, I would highly recommend a stay here.

It would be appreciable if the restaurant staff has shown some responsibility and is attentive.
