What I like best is the location. My main goal coming to Tsaghkadzor is to Ski only and this place serves the best. The price isn't so expensive compared to other hotels nearby. It's 10 minutes walk to the ski area. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in Tsaghkadzor, this one should be on your list. It is around 15 minutes walk to the center as well. Their breakfast is abundant, though, for vegetarian, you'll probably going to ask especial meal for you as breakfast consist of sausages, boiled eggs, omelet, rice, different types of oatmeals, fresh bread and a simple dessert, with coffee of course. It's a really good breakfast for its budget. And Anna, one of their hotel Receptionist, speaks English really well. She helped me book an airport transfer from and going back to the airport.

What I didn't like is probably the lunch or dinner menu in their own restaurants. They have limited availability with their variety of options. But there is one good restaurants outside of the hotel, around 2 minutes walk if you prefer.

Location was perfect, 10min walk to ropeway(Ski Resort). There's a nice local restaurant (Gon) opposite the hotel. Our room had a balcony with snow view, peaceful surroundings at daytime & evening, Room size was spacious & has sofa. They have basic bathroom amenities & hairdryer you can request @ the reception. They provide drinking water dispenser (hot&cold) in the hallway of every floor, which was convenient for us as you just need to refill your pitcher (no kettle in room). Heater in room is great as it gets very cold in the evening in winter. Breakfast starts at 9am,buffet w/ cold cuts, cheeses, porridge, breads, jams, eggs, sausages,rice,quinoa& coffee. Room price paid was reasonable for a comfy stay. Very helpful & friendly reception lady who responds quickly on watsapp, helped us with all our requests like airport pick up, warming our take away food, helping us w directions, & allowed us to leave our luggage's after check out while we come back for it in the evening. The shower area was so small, just don't move so much as to not get the whole bathroom floor wet. Otherwise all was fine.

Service was excellent, friendly staff did whatever they can to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good location: on the weekends it's almost imposssible to get a taxi from the rope way, but since the hotel is on the walking distance it's not a big problem even if you have to carry all the equipment.

Breakfast. Just a few meals, some of them were cold. The same set for at least four days, once I was lucky to get a yoghurt. No fruits at all.

The host is very accommodating and very helpful. Location is perfect. It is close to the ropeway and also walking distance to the center. I can recommend this place to others.

Toilet sometimes smell maybe drainage issue.

Amazing location and great view from the room. The ski lift is walkable but it takes about 8-10 mins walking in the snow. A nice breakfast is available and they have vegetarian options as well.

Close proximity to tourist spots: 10min uphill to Ski and Ropeway And on the other side, 3min walk to old churches. Special mention to the frontdesk staff Maks for gladly helping and assisting me to go back to the room to look for my missing ring after check out. Turns out that it’s stuck inside my gloves. Adds up to our amazing Armenian experience. Great people indeed!

Very minimal shortcoming. Just the shower curtain fall short to the bath gutter leaving the toilet floor wet when taking a bath. Apart from that, it’s perfect. Great location!

The location is great if you're going for skiing, the hotel is very calm and cozy. Commendable hotel staff. Exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff are friendly. Just had some minor issues with one of the staff but luckily we resolved it. Affordable hotel near the ski area. Its in the middle of both the city center and ski area. 15 to 20 mins walk with thick snow. Breakfast is good. Cheap food options too but limited in the restaurant.

No lift so if you have big luggages better request the 1st floor rooms.

A bit too far from the ropeway, but I guess can’t blame property for that, and anyway seems to be the 4th closest

Specially the location. When we seen the photos in booking.com we were not expecting that the hotel was surrounded by this much snow. But place is just amazing. And thr staffs was very good. This hotel is budget friendly. You cannot see too many variety of food here maximum 6-7 dishes. But the food they are serving its delicious.
