I stayed in this hotel for two weeks, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for both short and long stays. I had a Junior Suit, a very spacious room with a kitchenette and a sofa in the living room. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help you. The location is great, close to Bagramian metro station, and the breakfast is very good, feels like home!

The mattress and pillows weren't too comfortable for my back, but these are individual preferences. Only Nescafe coffee for breakfast, but you can find many great coffee options in numerous coffee shops in the town

Great hotel! I'd definitely recommend it. Initially I was looking for a hotel near American university for my exam - and that's exactly the location I was looking for, and it's not far from the city centre as well. Staff was friendly and always ready for help, breakfast was tasty and home-like in a good way, rooms were big and tidy. The price was also very reasonable and affordable Thank you, i'll definitely stay there next time and will also recommend it to friends who'd want to visit Erevan

The stuff was very cute and helpful , the room was big look like a suite include small kitchen and a small living room and some of the rooms have a washing machine, it was a good experience and the hotel location behind the metro Thank you so much to ishak , suzzi and Armine

The hotel did not have an elevator and the hotel was 4 floors , not all the rooms have a balcony , the cleanning service was only every 3 days , not everyday , But Thank you so much for everything,

My recent stay at this three-star hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided were excellent. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. However, I did notice a few cleanliness issues that could have been improved upon. While it was not a major concern, I would have appreciated a slightly higher level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Nonetheless, I still had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again, keeping in mind the overall value and quality provided.

The staff!!! They were all accommodating. Special mention to Sirik Jan and Armina Jan :):) Sirik was really helpful looking for our transportation to Tsaghkadzor. Armina in the kitchen who served us our daily breakfast was so hospitable and welcoming. My son loves her cooked food so much! The room was very comfortable, clean and fragrant. Thanks to Ilona. The hotel is nearby Lover's park where we have a morning walk or a quick snack in the coffeeshop.

Staff are so friendly. Daily breakfast with good variety. Location is perfect for us, quite neighbourhood. Like other hotels review on booking cleaning every 3 days. No coffee in room but toiletries provided. We don't mind Coffee and tea are cheaper than our country.

I like the staff , people working in alba are so kind , a complete relaxation in room, clean, quite,breakfasts chief is so so good person she treat everyone as they are her children , whatever you need they will give you their eyes , and for sure i will be back as soon as possible , thank you guys for making me so happy , love yooou "saeed/israeli"

The bed make so much noises while moving and it is so so annoying ;) My neighbors on the next room they hear everything, so it means the walls are so thin 2nd floor needs at least one chair except the sofa Washing the dishes needs some stuff to wash with ,like a sponge etc... The rest was very good thank you so much my dears ❤️

The staff- the lad at the reception was great, and the lady at the kitchen and the cleaning folks were too. It is the people that make the experience better, and my days in Yerevan were a lot more pleasant thanks to the folks at Alba Hotel. I was allowed to check in slightly earlier, and even have my breakfast earlier the next day so that i could have something before my flight. The location was excellent- barely minutes from the Cascades. walkable to everywhere. The room was comfortable, and ticked all boxes. Excellent value for money. Easy to get off the airport shuttle to the property as well.

Exceptional personal, pool is a superb advantage, location near subway station, value for money is very good. Better than many European stays! The hotel has a backup water pump so when the whole neighbourhood had a problem with water, our stay was flawless!

Ventilation in dining room inside needs to be improved, temperatures are exceeding bearable level. This is not a problem for guests, but for people working there it must be exhausting.

Splendid stay with an excellent & outstanding, helpful staff at reception, a marvellous team serving a delicious breakfast. Comfy, silent room with small kitchenette. Location is very good, next to metro stb at Lover's park or quick bus ride/good walk from city center. I felt like at home so I can only highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Yerevan. A great, special thanks goes to Sirik & Sahak for organizing my trip to beautiful Lori province and all the help provided during my wonderful time in beautiful Armenia!
