I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast. special thanks to Angela ,Ani and Razmik😀.

Everything was good about this hotel, with the exception of the bar on the top floor with incredibly loud music, and no single person in the bar as it was not possible to stay under this pressure of sound.

Only one bad thing - the music on the top floor bar is so loud that they have no visitors, and more likely there is no visitors as music id super loud - it just scare people away....

Large and comfortable rooms

We were in Yerevan for 10 days so the extra room of the suite was wonderful. The front desk staff was very helpful especially as we needed printed documents for our return to the States. The room was well appointed and very clean.

I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast at $15 per person especially since there were so many great coffee houses in walking distance. My only other complaint was the temperature of the room. The hotel was in the “winter” season but the temperature in our room got up to 81degrees F due to unseasonably warm days. The AC was not available so we had to try to sleep with window open. This help somewhat with the temperature but not with noise. I tried to buy a fan but they weren’t available at any store until the end of April.

Everything was very good. Specially receptionist I believe her name was Anna. She is the one checked in and check out us. Very friendly, very beautiful, very professional.

The only negative part was breakfast. 24 of June. Coz we have to leave early we went for breakfast at exactly 7am, unfortunately most of things was not done. No spoon, no cups for water. I can understand it’s early morning, but if breakfast starts at 7am it’s mean everything need to be ready before 7am. Overall was good. I would recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you

Reception and concierge work. They helped a lot in organizing our trips. They are friendly and precise. The Hotel has a quiet good taxi supplier to. Excellent location, the city center can be explored on foot.

In the room 101 there is the window to near the barstuffs resting place. You can hear every conversaton, and you can smell the tobacco smoke. Maybe the window is bad?

Gorgeous hotel !! .Definitely deserves the fifth star. Room was really wowwww !! so spacious, very spoiling beds Staff were very friendly and useful. Hotel is very central, only 5 minutes to the Cascade. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. The bar on 12 floor is so beatiful. They have everything there including Thai massage that I couldn't use because it was fully booked Money exchange machine -first time I see that . GOOD FOR YOU !!!!!

it’s in the centre. My apartment was stylish. There was a jacuzzi bath in it. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. There was a lot of vegetables for breakfast

The view from my room wasn’t really good. It faced another building and its windows. It was hard to figure out how the jacuzzi worked. The explanation for using safe was wrong. The hotel airport transfer was 7 times more expensive than a taxi.Even though there is a stove there is no any plates or or anything else for cooking food.

The service was quick and impeccable, everything needed was provided and every issue resolved

The 2 hanging lights were not lighting the room properly and were hanging too low

Our room came not only with standard facilities, but with a small kitchen & massage bath as well! Very convenient. Also, I would like to highlight the Thai Spa located at the top floor of the hotel. It is not included in the room price, but it's well worth it to spend money on it :) My boyfriend & I had a great time there - in addition to Thai massage it has a swimming pool and a hammam, which you can use for free if you purchased any type of oil massage.
