The motel was in a good position. Very well maintained with friendly staff. Check in was a very easy process.

There were a group of people that were using the common room in the car park. They were smoking, yelling and laughing in Asian till 6 am whilst strong cooking smells were accompanied by all this. I was hoping staff were available to put a stop to this but not. The car park and common area is in a square position so I could tell other guests were also upset in the morning. The area was left very dirty with cigarette butts. Did not get any sleep.

Overall the place is bang for buck and no fuss. Renovated interiors, bathroom and kitchnette so it feels modern. The bed was comfortable. The aircon worked well against the hot weather.

I wish they had vacuumed or swept up the floors as the Christmas beetles managed to find their way into the room. The location is further away from the main part of town with the shops and restaurants. There aren't any street lights so it's not the safest to walk when it gets dark.

Rooms are renovated and facilities are modern. Bathroom is one of the best out of the other places around. Comfy beds and good strong aircon. Welcoming staff, and in a great location to explore beautiful Bega! Everything is close by and we made new friends- friendly and chatty community. Recommend the place for young families with children, retirees, young couples and solo-travelers!

Nothing to do with the motel, but both our neighbors were chain smokers smoking outside the rooms, but the smoke drifts into our room as its just next door. Though it was lovely weather and view- we could not open the door. It will be great if the motel has a designated smoking place away from the room doors.

Great location, We were on a road trip and was looking for something basic but cosy. Spent a night. Room was nice sized, comfy beds with private ensuite. Also had cooking facilities which was a bonus. We cooked our breakfast and lunch which we packed and took away for on the way lunch. Parking was just outside the room which made it so much easier for unloading/loading our luggage. Staff was friendly. Nice little town centre.

We loved everything, would highly recommend this Motel, wish we had booked in longer than one night. Very comfortable and modern spacious room and large bed. The bathroom was small but great. Washing and drying coin operated too which was great. Easy parking. Lovely helpful staff

The only thing was our room didn’t have sheer curtains behind blockout curtains, that’s the only thing that needs improvement.

Great place, great people. Was a bit of a walk to the pub and it was raining, not a problem for the Manager, he just grabbed his keys and gave us a lift in his personal car. We got the pub courtesy bus home but it must be noted the Manager was more than willing to pick us up if we needed him. Can’t beat that for service!!!!! Thanks again 👍👍👍

Clean & fresh. Clean windows, new flooring, new bathrooms, minty fresh sheets, generous pillows. Sensible powerpoints in convenient spots. Some rooms are pet friendly which is great for me.

Online Booking system, it was a bit hard to get clear about what we were booking. We needed a double bed plus 1 extra single. It came up (after payment) as a double and a cot. Everything turned out fine when I rang them though.

Modern decor. Comfortable

Water temperature control was temperamental in one room (have stayed twice in five weeks). The dog in the non-pet friendly room next to ours and who was left for the entire day made the post cancer treatment getaway less than enjoyable, but not as unenjoyable as it was for staff who had to clean up its mess. Televisions are smart, which is great. Televisions depend on wifi repeaters which have inadequate range to the master bedroom in family rooms. Overcome by hot spotting off our 5g phones.

A great little motel. A long check in period, fuss free. Very close to centre of town, shops, cafe's, takeaway etc. The beds were very comfortable, great room setup, decent sized fridge for keeping drinks and snacks, and basic amenities to cook a simple meal. Netflix was available on the TV and the bathroom was well set up, clean, very functional and pleasant. Aircon was also really effective. Best part is the stunning view of the mountains at sunset!

No breakfast, but there are great Cafes in walking distance or a short drive. A decent chopping knife (e.g. to make a salad) and 2 wine glasses would be wonderful!

This is an old Australian style motel that has obvioulsy had a recent room refurbishment. So, it is nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and modern. Check-in was easy with just a simple lockbox to get the keys from after a pin being sent by text (we arrived late evening). The bed was very confortable. The bathroom was a good size and clean and easy to use. The fridge is a good size to empty the esky into (small but bigger than a bar fridge). This is all in all a good motel!

No compalints at all. The building is old and the location is nothing flash, but for a comfortable place to have a nice shower and a good sleep after spending the day at the beach, it was perfect. My score is calculated as an 8.0. That is probably underrating this motel when you take into account that it isn't pretending to be anything more than a country town motel, for a country town motel this would be 9+ in my mind.
