The yogurts and muesli were a bonus to have in the morning. The bed was comfortable and I felt very safe at the property. The pool area was a bonus and it was so nice to have my own space and balcony to catch up with some friends of mine in Byron. Loved the place. Hoping to stay again. Staff were excellent and informed me of a problem in the Wreck Room- Light switch for the shower area was very hard to flip the switch on. It also made a rattling noise in the shower. I was informed that it had been lodged to be fixed and they were waiting on the electrician. Although it did not get fixed whilst staying their - it really was a minor issue. As a customer I appreciated the honesty.

Loved everything about Azur.

I booked a King room but didn't have much idea what the actual complex set-up was like. It was a King room with ensuite which had a small deck housing a small table and chairs plus 2 casual chairs. The 5 rooms were situated around a small pool. The whole area was very well thought out and designed. There was no wasted space whatsoever. Secure parking at the rear for 3 cars otherwise parking in front on the main highway. The decor was nice and everyone was conscious of noise as we were all in close quarters. Too cold to use the pool. I didn't mind the setup but my partner called it an upmarket backpackers.

I thought there was secure parking for all rooms so did not like the idea of parking on the highway.

From beginning to end, I enjoyed my stay at Azur. Check in was super easy especially since I didn't have to hunt down where the check in area was - they left my key in the room along with a note welcoming me and providing good information. Prior to my arrival, Azur contacted me and gave me CLEAR instructions on what to do when I got there in terms of parking and getting my keys. They used WhatsApp which was very helpful since my messages from places I book on Booking.com appear to be on American time vs Australia time so I don't always get the information I need before I arrive to where I am staying. I liked the onsite parking so I didn't have to worry about my car sitting out on the main road. The room was beautiful! It would be an ideal location for a couple enjoying a getaway, but I enjoyed it as a solo traveler, too. The room itself was welcoming, the outdoor space was lovely, and the nearby pool was very inviting although I didn't take advantage of it. The towels were huge and the walk in shower was a plus. The bed was super comfortable. I greatly enjoyed leaving my windows open and using the ceiling fan, too. There is a community kitchen just across the way that had everything I needed. There's no beach view, but I would still very highly rate this location as a cozy getaway space.

Having to get out of the car to punch in the numbers needed to. open the gate was a bit annoying but having a secure parking space made up for that minimal inconvenience.

In a great location, only a 5 minute walk into the town and beach. Bed is so comfortable, room spacious and very clean. Has iron which is very handy and fridge for water and snacks. Communal kitchen on site which is great including a BBQ. Pool nice and clean.

Check in is a bit difficult as there is nobody on site you just have to call a number & gate to property is never locked so anyone can walk in. Also shower has no door which isn’t a problem but water goes over the entire bathroom floor and leaves it very wet

The manager Clancy was really nice, nothing was too much trouble, she insisted on ordering us a taxi when going to Raes dining for dinner (not in town, out further). The room is as pretty as the picture and the deck I think is bigger in real life. It is only a 10 minute walk into town and the beach, and this is the only way to go, because parking costs $1.50 per 15 minutes, this seems to be in tourists' spots all over NSW. The accomadation has undercover parking which is great. We really enjoyed staying here and Clancy made it extra special. I would definitely reccomend Azur. Ps, bed is very comfy

Great little one bed apartment for travelling with my baby - I could put him to sleep in the bedroom and had the lounge area to relax in which was great.

Communication was poor - I called and left a message a day in advance and also sent a text message on check in day to ask about the possibility of an early check in but had no response. Thankfully wasn't an emergency but I was unimpressed by the complete lack of response.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our group of 13! We celebrated my sisters 50th and the staff were amazing and very helpful. Clancy went over and beyond to help us make it a special time ! She helped us organize gift boxes etc and nothing was too much. The villas are beautiful and to also have the house was a great meeting place for breakfast and getting together for drinks and nibbles in the garden area. It’s an amazing property within walking to distance to the main centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The only suggestion was the house could install railings on the stairs inside as older family relatives found that a little unnerving.

Great location, nice property, spacious little apartment and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The shower needed some TLC as the grouting was chipping off. The shampoo bottle was empty so had to track someone down for a refill. A lamp in the lounge would be a nice touch rather than the overhead lighting. These are minor things though but for the price we paid for 2 nights, it's worth mentioning. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic location - nice short walk into town. we stayed in the Seabreeze villa - quiet, lovely aspect overlooking pool and an extremely comfortable bed! The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay - felt really looked after and welcome :) We also liked the additional facilities - the communal kitchen and spa were great to have!

Some bedside lamps would be fab! just needed some soft lighting for reading and moving about the room while my partner was sleeping. TV remote was struggling a bit … couldn’t change channels very easily and some buttons were missing - but that’s a minor thing … didn’t detract from overall experience

Beautiful styling of the room, so clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable! We loved the front porch with lovely outdoor lounging, we hung out there a lot enjoying the breeze. The pool is so nice and shared kitchen facilities was a bonus! Thank you for the coffee and beer! Walking distance to town was great and the host was so nice and friendly!

We were lucky and had the pool and facilities to ourselves most of our time there! We had a great time! If it was any busier though, I’d imagine you’d lose a little privacy coz the common areas are close together, so you can hear the conversations of other guests especially from their front porch or from the pool.
