Beautiful property with a zen Bali feel. Loved the variety and quality of coffee table books. The private pool and spa was great, plenty of supplies in the kitchen including fruit and a bottle of Moet on arrival! Extra towels were appreciated. Overall a great stay.

The outdoor shower took a bit of getting used to. The couple we stayed with also had a bathroom however it is outside the bedroom. The dryer didn’t appear to be working - it was raining and we needed to dry a few things otherwise wouldn’t have noticed this. Some of the door locks were difficult. None of the above affected our stay and overall it was great.

This place was unlike anywhere we have stayed before. The ambience made you feel like you were in another world! So luxurious and unique. We loved the pool and spa and the house itself had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Plenty of space for our family of four. A short drive from beaches and cafes, but that was perfect for us. We had a great relaxing holiday and highly recommend.

Only negative for us was both toilets were outside. Interesting feature, but not ideal for night visits.

Lovely accommodation. Much larger than expected but pleasantly so. Lots of little touches made it welcoming and comfortable, with a touch of luxury. Convenient location in walking distance to everything. Private villa with the rainforest as backdrop made it feel like we were somewhere else.

The key wasn't available when we went to check in, but the staff member responded and arrived promptly to sort us out. There was still rubbish in the bin on arrival and the main bathroom smelled faintly of urine until we flushed the bathtub out. Altogether very happy with our stay, and would come again, but feel the cleaners let the team down a bit with all of the above.

Our stay at The Villas of Byron was absolutely perfect. The location, facilities, and privacy were everything we could have hoped for—exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. The private pool and heated spa, set against the serene backdrop of a nature reserve, created a tranquil oasis that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and luxury. We can’t wait to return!

The property exceeded my expectations. The layout suited my family. The champagne and fruit on arrival were lovely. The villa was thoughtfully fitted out with everything to make the holiday comfortable and homely. The outlook over the rainforest was tranquil. It was very quiet and private.

The outdoor shower challenged my comfort zone for a little while.

The pool and spa were fantastic, easy check in via locked box. The welcome fruit and Moet were a nice touch.

The second bedroom is not fully enclosed and located out of the main house- if the door is locked you can't get in from the bedroom even with a key, the second bathroom is also outdoors. The descriptions of the property should be updated to reflect this.

Fantastic service, the Villas property managers were so so helpful and kind. Really spacious and comfortable, big rooms and such comfy beds.

The detached toilets were a bit tricky, especially as we stayed when there was a lot of rain.

Couldn’t turn the floor heating off in the bathroom and umbrella at the pool would not open.

My absolute favourite accomodation in Byron Bay. Private, walking distance to beaches and most restaurants. Has everything you need within the property if you choose to have self cater.

Great location and facilities. Moet on arrival and bag of ice which was much appreciated. Pool and spa clean and great space. Love it!!!
