Close proximity to Main Street and beach, both roughly 10min walk. Pool was great, especially for young kids due to the shallow area where toddlers could stand. Apartments were clean and spacious.

Didn’t realise the apartment was split over three levels, with stairs on entry leading to the main living area and kitchen as well as a bedroom and bathroom with the master being on the third level. Due to travelling with a toddler it was quite concerning about the stairs leading to the front door being right next to their room. However we asked the staff if they could provide a baby gate in which they did after a few days. Would be great to have one provided without the request when young children are booked due to safety.

The 2 bed apartment we stayed in was a great size and had a large patio with lots of sun and a very handy clothes line. The bathrooms, carpet in bedrooms and wardrobes are a little tired and damp smelling however we knew the place wasn’t newly renovated and for the price it was good. The windows were double glazed which made the noise from the busy road very minimal which was much appreciated. The pool area is small, however it was a lovely pool and the kids really enjoyed it. I loved being able to walk into town easily and also onto the beach for an early morning walk. All guests there were quiet and respectful and the staff were nice. The under cover parking was very handy.

Internal floors need a deep clean including carpet.

Layout is nice 2 bedroom apartments are spacious enough. The balcony is nice with outdoor table etc nice for drinks and board games around sundown. Pool was lovely, always clean. There is a good aircon to keep the place cool through the humidity. Well equipped kitchen.

While the apartment was clean ish. it could have been cleaner. Floors were sticky when we arrived and the shower did not look as though it had been cleaned there was grime in the corner. And fluff in corners of the bathroom. I would still rebook with gosamara, however I would be prepared to clean myself before settling in… Hopefully Gosamara train their cleaner or hire a new cleaner who has better hygiene & cleaning standards. ALSO because this is family friendly, you may hear children in the pool playing and yelling…. - BUT hopefully their parents tell them to be quiet and mindful of other guests - BECAUSE NO ONE ON HOLIDAY WANTS TO HEAR OTHER PEOPLE’S POORLY BEHAVED CHILDREN……..

Gosamara apartments is a great place to stay and I highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in a great apartment to consider Gosamara. I know I will definitely stay again when we come back to Bryon Bay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Great location. Walking distance to city centre and shops. The apartment was very clean with great amenities. Staff on arrival were very helpful. Absolutely great service. Even during our stay they messaged to see if we required anything.

We had a great stay at Gosamara! Excellent location, within walking distance to both beach and shops/main town. Great apartment too, well equipped, we appreciated the multiple air con units as we stayed in summer! Nicely designed and loved the balconies too surrounded by the trees. Was great to have the pool. Comfortable and clean, hosts were friendly and very prompt in communication. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location on Main Street coming into Byron, easy 5min walk to beach and 10min into town. Complex is extremely well run, the management is very accommodating yet makes sure it's a quiet place to stay. Pool area and BBQ were always neat and tidy, our unit was lovely and very comfortable.

Kitchenette could have been a little better equipped. Would have liked laundry facilities accessible without prior arrangement (currently only possible in another unit in between rentals by prior arrangement).

Excellent location just a 10 min walk to teh cenre of town and very easy to find when you arruve being on the main street into Byron Bay. Extremely helpful hosts - we should have booked an extra night as our flight from Brisbane was not until 2am but able to offer an appartment to chill out in during the last day which we we very grateful for. It was afamily visit so we will be back in Byron again and would not look anywhere else - perfect for us.

Nothing to dislike

A great place to stay! A short walk to everything you need. Hosts were very accommodating and communication was excellent throughout the entire stay. The accommodation itself was quiet which was very much needed after a long day and the private parking was a plus. The pool is child freindly with a shallow spot for our baby to take his first swim! (in a floatie) 😁

The pool was a bit small but good. The location was close to the town centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and even when I arrived after hours, they were available and helped me.

The rooms, especially the masterbed room, were smaller than expected. The location was good, but opening to a busy street makes us wait for some time every time want to get in or out of parking. The sheets were clean but the cover of beds were quite old and looking not very clean.

The room was very clean and quiet. It had lush rainforest type feel to it and the room was very shaded and cool. Which meant you could sleep really well. Position was good, just a short walk into Byron Bay CBD.

The access to the beach was 2 blocks away . There was no direct access.
