Lovely rooms & outlook on the lagoon, quiet, clean & comfortable, pleasant walks around the grounds and close to the beach. Helpful & friendly staff.

I didn’t like that the restaurant didn’t have proper table service but still charged high prices. ( even though the food was good) The parking was hard and it was tricky finding the room initially with heavy bags. The lagoon/ creek near the lower coffee kiosk was smelly( sewerage) I would have liked to see a microwave because if we were staying longer you would have to get in the car to go to dinner.

Although a large property with lots of people staying, the room itself was very quiet and has enough facilities to cope with large volumes of people. Beach access isn’t great for families but there are 3 pools, tennis, basketball and a play area. There is a 9 hole golf course as well (8 hole at the moment with the 4th currently out of action). Breakfast and dinner available from the restaurant.

Loved the availability and access of facilities. You can just relax and not leave the resort if you don’t want to. Fantastic place to relax and unwind. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Loved the variety of pools. All were heated. Our teenagers also used the basketball courts and had a game of golf . They also enjoyed the free wifi. Rooms were good . Beds comfortable , fold out lounge bed ok for kids and teenagers. We paid for the breakfast buffet one morning and it was pretty good . Gym had cardio equip and weights . Lots to do in Coffs. Had fish and chips near the Jetty, spent a whole day a Big Banana with heaps of activities . Went paddle boarding Boambee Reserve ( which also has a great Cafe ).

Loved the holiday resort vibe - felt almost like a tropical island getaway. The resort grounds are beautiful and our 3yo loved the pool. Also a short walk to a pretty beach. We had one dinner and breakfast at the restaurant - both were sensational! The buffet breakfast was great value. Dinner was a bit on the pricey side but turned out to be one of the best meals we've had in a while so worth the price. Convenient kiosk next to pool with simple cheap food options and only a short drive into town.

Would be great if EV charging was available for guests.

I stayed in the Terraces which was a nice change from the main resort and offered a little less ambient noise that the main resort complex. Although there was limited parking available, this wasn't really a concern and most parked on the service road. The accommodation was nice and clean and offered "water glimpses" which was lovely.

I called the Resort restaurant to enquire of their availability but they said it was quite busy and would be a wait of about 45mins either if a 'walk-up' or if I ordered my meal over the phone and picked it up. That was a bit disappointing.

Hotel is set in beautiful grounds. Our room was in a separate block in beautiful surroundings with lovely views. Restaurant and bar were beautifully decorated and next to the ponds. It was very serene.

Disappointed that a deluxe double room provided only 1 hand towel. (Ladies with long hair need a hair towel!) Room was lovely but bathroom looked a bit tired with chipped cabinetry. After a long journey, disappointed to be told on arrival that restaurant was closed on Mondays. Only schnitzels and pizzas were available. This information should have been advised on booking.

Location is superb away from the main road and traffic noise. The parklike grounds are relaxing to walk around and besides having a choice of swimming pools to use, it is only a short walk to the ocean side beach for those who want a dip in the sea. Golf and Tennis facilities are also available onsite. It's only a short drive to downtown area for shops, bars and restaurants, but there is also no requirement to leave the resort as a bar and dining are available onsite, or rooms are available with kitchen facilities to prepare meals in your room.

There is nothing we don't like about this property, and have stayed here many times over the years, either short term stays up to a full week. It is one of our preferred places to stay at Coffs Harbour. Will definately book to stay again on our next visit to Coffs Harbour

Room was lovely but we didn't get to make the most of it because of the late check in. Staff polite & tried to be helpful. Wedding event we couldn't fault, absolutely beautiful grounds & catering delicious.

The 3pm check in! My son's wedding was at 3:30 at the resort it was impossible to get ready in our room. Dissaappointing to say the least. The buffet breakfast was the worst I've ever had .Pathetic!

Booked a room but 93 yo Mum needed a lounge as her back's very painful so, easy to upgrade. Costs though, of course. Exceptional apartment, about $350 per night so, on trend for decent apartments. Clean, really well appointed, comfy beds, great fridge and freezer, everything you need for a decent cook in the kitchen. Highly recommend except, see dislikes.

NO LUGGAGE TROLLEYS. MUM IS 93 NEXT MONTH, I'VE HAD SHOULDER SURGERY AND WE COULDN'T GET HELP WITH OUR LUGGAGE. NO PARKING SPACES NEAR LIFTS DESIGNATED FOR AGED/DISABLED. STRATA PROBLEM. NEED TO ADDRESS APARTMENT OWNERS AND RESIDENTS. BOYCOTT UNTIL SOLVED. No lounge for 2 in the 'rooms'. Obviously but, sadly a selling point. The foyer that connects the 'room' to the 'apartment' isn't private. Each internal door is a fire door so, fair enough but, when you open one or the other room door the window in the foyer shows directly into each room. Needs a blind. Could be exceptional in every way but for the problems listed above. Easily solved by owners/residents. Could be a destination holiday.

Location is lovely on a lovely private beach with nice gardens. Very quiet. Lagoon is enormous with nice views from the room and the restaurant both looking over the water. All the staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful with all requests. Restaurant good. Pizza night hit the spot as we couldn't be bothered to leave once we got there. Close to town but you need to drive in. Room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed our overnight stay a lot.

Room was a bit musty although it was off season and it was well sealed. We kept the verandah door open a bit all night and it aired out ok. Rooms are older and a bit tired but they have been freshened up and perfectly fine. Spa still broken which was a shame but these things happen.
