Good location. Comfortable bed. Airconditioning made room very comfortable. Great bathroom. Excellent place for bags under the tv. Parking at the door. Nice ground floor location. Stroll to beach. Tiled floor was an excellent choice for beachside accommodation.

Greeting was a bit indifferent. Arrived at 3.30pm on Sunday and was told my booking was about to be put in after hours list, even though we had between 2pm and 4pm for arrival. We'd driven from Toowoomba and made sure to be on time, or I would have rung as requested. Difficult to park onsite. Found it best to reverse in from the street. There were some unsavoury people around that night, but the following nights were quiet. No dining on site, but CEX Coffs was brilliant for dining. Door was tricky to open and close (sliding)and had to keep curtains closed and wire door locked for privacy.

Friendly staff! Room was lovely. The shower was also one of the best ones we had used on our two week road trip! Great location to beach and other facilities, including two lovely cafes within walking distance.

The position of the toilet was awkward. I'm imagining some people in our community would find it challenging to negotiate. Perhaps also in your description mention that the upstairs can't be accessed by a lift. Although my husband and I were fine, we do have elderly relatives who would not be able to use those facilities.

Had parking on ground floor as requested. Comfortable bed, clean large room, Fridge, Toaster, crockery and microwave included. It was opposite the beach so had a nice walk along the white sandy beach. A short distance away there was a lifesaver tower which I presume is used in summer. Not crowded as it is a large beach but safe walking with other people walking including families and people with dogs on leads. Nice and quiet Motel. Are staying here on the way home. A couple of minutes away is a huge shopping complex.

The staff were amazing, the lady at the front desk was wonderful and even suggested the perfect places to eat for dinner or breakfast that would suit me best. They upgraded my room free of charge so I could have a parking spot for my car so it wasn't parked on the street( I didn't even have to ask for it) the room was lovely and exactly like what the website shows. It was clean and it was an overall great experience. Will definitely be staying there again :)

Staff were incredibly friendly. We thought the room was spacious, bed very comfy and kitchenette was useful. We had driven 6 hours to Coffs and staff were really accommodating of us arriving after hours. They were proactive and had everything set up for us. We had a ground floor room which made unloading our luggage really easy. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach ( across the road), the bowling club and trendy pub called the “Hoey Moey” where we had a great night and a delicious feed. The accommodation price was really reasonable

The sliding entry door was a little unusual and the parking lot was a bit narrow. Please note these a really minor observations in an otherwise pleasant and comfortable stay- we would absolutely rebook in the future!

Loads of cupboard space and powerpoints, and a very spacious bathroom.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The aircon worked, but we were unable to adjust the fan speed, so the room took a long time to cool down. There was no dish cloth available to wipe down the bench/table or to do the dishes with. And finally, offering 1ply toilet paper is extremely poor when paying in excess of $100/night. It doesn't cost that much to supply a decent 3 ply.

The area was nice and quiet being well away from high volume traffic. Nice and close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The shower was very good. The room was value for the money. I liked that that all floor area was tiled and not carpeted.

Cleaning could be improved as there was a build-up of dust on the ceiling fan. Walking bare foot, a gritty feel of perhaps a small amount of beach sand on the floor tiles could be felt. I slight build up of moist mold residue, which could be easily wiped away, was evident at the bottom of the fixed shower panel.

location was good. great to go across the road and have a good walk on the beach. For dinner , had 2 options in walking distance which was great. Room was great for an overnight stay and well presented and comfortable

on check in to be told that my room was almost given away as it wasn't paid for while booking.com online gave me the option to pay on arrival, which i chose. i was told i wasn't answering the messages that was sent on the booking.com site, and that booking.com didn't forward the motel my mobile number. Drivers can't look at messages( via booking.com) if they are driving all day!!!!. But grateful that my room wasn't given away and i had a car spot as requested.

Off street parking, close to club/ beach. Very quiet. Clean neat rooms

Perhaps the external door needs a lock as just the gauze door lock is not really secure enough. You have to have door open for fresh air otherwise air con is needed to circulate the air. First impression count and perhaps the stairwell need freshening up as to the balcony walkway and sliding doors may be past it, mine anyway?

Check in, clean and comfortable room, Cost, as it was holiday time, and close to the beach and the best walk in Coffs

The fact I had to park my car on the street, but not the fault of the Motel, more the fault of Council with planning. Though I was able to park in the Motel area to offload, and could have brought the car in again to pack it, as there was a place, but didn`t bother.
