I have stayed many times before and really enjoy the property. The proximity to the beach, the pools, and the general layout is great. The staff were great, nothing we asked for was a problem. Always happy to help.

There was both extensive construction, and a conference going on at the time of our stay, which led to an increase in noise during the day and night. While I understand that both of these things will occur I would have liked to have been informed (especially of the construction) prior to my stay. I still had a good time just not as good as previous stays.

I really liked that calm veiws given by the place and the large rooms in the townhouse and the pools were very calm and flowed peacefully. I really loved that the beach was only just a short walk from the villa.

I didn't like that the blinds were missing chunks and had to cover up the holes at night so that I could sleep without having a bright light from the neighbours porch shining in.

Wow what an amazing place to stay. We stayed in a beachfront/ pool view villa and was amazed at the size of the villa, the views and that each room of 3 had their own ensuite. Verandah was a great size and we enjoyed relaxing here for a weekend. Will definitely be back. Also Lupos Pizza Pasta was one of the best pizzas we have tried just down the road. Will definitely be back.

Some mould on verticals in lounge room needs to be replaced. Would be great if the restaurant was open too.

Located right next to the beach with private access for guests. Although the reception wasn't directly manned when we arrived, after a quick phone call they came and gave us the keys.

It would have been nice to have a welcome manual to explain wifi code and other house rules such as exit protocol; or information on local eateries, local attractions, shopping centres. Cheap Cutlery and cutting knife was very blunt.

Little Expensive for this time of year. Notice not to many people.. Maybe look at lowering prices in Quite Times …. Little Tired & Few Things need updating… I’ve noticed since the last time that a couple of things had been updated.. So on the right track..

Location was amazing! The size and layout worked really well. Lovely balcony with fantastic views

Wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We had to wash cutlery, glasses and plates and found some covered in crumbs. A few basic provisions would have been helpful especially as we arrived on Christmas Eve. There were no personal touches and no Christmas decorations which would have been nice

Everything was perfect, we stayed for 2 nights with kids. Well maintained 2 bedroom villa with all amenities. Neat and well maintained property. Clean swimming pools, and general areas. The best thing about it is a private beach with a view of some dolphins in the evening and early mornings if you are lucky. They also have a nice little cafe inside with limited options..but the pizza was so good.

Proximity to the beach, lagoon pool, playground, peace and quiet, 2 bathrooms in the room. Staff very friendly - fixed all problems with no complaint and promptly!

Playground and other aspects a bit run down. Beach is lovely but very rough and not swimmable, nothing close by to do ( but we wanted a chilled do nothing expect swim and beach weekend away)

I love everything about this place, that’s why I keep coming back. I’ve invited plenty of friends here over the years and they all love it aswell. Everytine we go we book one of the beach houses and I always check to see if I can extend my stay because I don’t want to leave lol The staff are lovely,kind and funny so it’s great to be able to have a laugh with them on check in

It would be nice to have some better blinds in the rooms but that will never stop me from coming back :)

The location, the cabin, the pools. It is a beautiful quiet location close to Forster and within driving distance to Port Macquarie for a day trip. He cabin is spacious with each room having their own bathroom which was fantastic. There isn't an oven but there is a cooktop, microwave and a BBQ supplied on the verandah. Would absolutely stay here again.

We were only supplied with one garbage bag for the week and no bin liners for the toilet bins either. The fan in the bedroom on high was more like a really slow fan which wasn't ideal when the room got the morning sun and heated up pretty quickly.
