Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Cleaners were thorough, diligent and friendly. The Reception, Bistro and Breakfast staff provided excellent and friendly service. However they were run off their feet with a huge barage of oversees tourists and could have done with extra staff during Breakfast times. It was quiet and walking distance to all amenities.

The bathroom had a shower over the bath which was somewhat difficult for my elderly mum to get in and out of. Would have preferred a stand alone shower. But then again I didn't ask for one so...

The Boomerang is THE place to stay on your travels, this is our fourth stay. Staff are incredible, hospitality is above and beyond and the facilities top notch. During our stay the publican Jacko and staff like Lachlan and Latisha expemplified what hospitality is all about. The bistro is to die for menu and such well made foods and servings, the bar is such a friendly welcoming place to refresh and the rooms and facilities like the pool were absolutely perfect!

Nothing really, these people are proud and work hard to present a great all round place, one of the better you can chose in Albury hands down. Must compliment the management, bar staff, cleaners and counter staff. Wow!

Having stayed at the Boomer for many years in various apartments it is always a plesure to come back again. The rooms are and always have been exceptionaly clean from the bed sheets to the bathroom. The added breakfast is a bonus. We have eaten dinner at the bistro many times and the food is always to our liking. If there was a small downside this visit it was because the bar had run out of a favourite Shiraz so I just had to have a substitute. No big deal.

The fact that the bar ran out of a Shiraz that I like and to be very honest I found one of the bar staff (male) a little on the curt side. Maybe he was just having one of those days that we can all have from time to time. Won't stop me from coming back to the Boomer.

Breakfast was very plain and simple. The beds and room were comfy and clean except for the fact there was a Black Cricket infestation during my stay so they were even in the rooms! The pool was very cute and quaint. Has a lovely island feel to it, with soft music playing, warm water and clean facilities. The hotel also has specials on food and drinks for any guests staying. Overall staff was very friendly.

There was a black cricket infestation during my stay and they were even in my room, which made it extremely difficult to get comfortable and fall asleep. I ended up finding over 20 crickets in my room, catching them and placing them outside. It was extremely difficult to get a good nights rest and know that I was in my room alone, without unwanted guests/visitors.

Great, clean family room with a nice pool for the kids and smart TV. Good to have a continental breakfast there included in the room price. Great dinner specials every night and 10% off with stay which was appreciated.

Pool looked like it could use a clean around the inside edges. Continental breakfast needed topping up of cutlery, juice and butter when we arrived at 8:30am but didn’t seem to have someone keeping up with that.

As a stopover on our trip from Canberra to Geelong it was just right. Having the continental breakfast included was very helpful. We had a good night's rest giving us a relaxing timeframe for the onward journey. The location is good for the purpose, easy to find and close to an independent petrol station with low prices. The staff were friendly and helpful, though hard to find when we first arrived. On-site parking also helpfully right outside the door of the room. Although we only had one night, we would be very happy to stay there if we ever need to stay longer in the area.

There was nothing we didn't like; but would just suggest that the bathroom is ready for an upgrade.

Lovely big room that was clean and had a great area for me to do my study/work the bed was very comfortable the bathroom had great water pressure. The area was great surrounded by plenty of shops and places to eat aswell as a bar and restaurant on site which sold amazing food. The staff respected private and were very friendly and helpful if needed.

There was nothing that disappointed me was perfect for me

- Incredibly comfortable bed and spacious room. - Kind and helpful staff. - Good spread for breakfast including cereal, toast, yoghurt, tea, coffee, and fruit. - We were fortunate enough to be given the accessible room (we had not requested this but it was incredibly helpful as I have limited mobility), and definitely looked to be well suited for anyone with limited/impaired mobility. It had wide door frames, though steep a ramp, and plenty of room to manoeuvre around the bed, desk and bathroom.

- We think there may have been mould on the sheets at some point in the past, but it looked to be washed out. - Shower curtain really blowed into the shower, some weights in the hem would fix this. - Looks a little dated, but everything you need and more is there. - The ramp to the front door was rather steep. This may not be suitable if you have severe mobility issues, or use a wheelchair. - The lights are a bright white, I prefer warm white lights so wasn't too keen on it, but the lights were well placed; near the bed, desk, and right near the front door.

We have stayed previously & found having a good breakfast available & access to an onsite bistro great. Having the usual hotel facilities readily available also meant we didn't have to leave the premises. Which was good for a short stay.

Location is a little outside the Albury CBD & you have to drive around a bit to find service stations & supermarkets etc. Due to the Hotel's location on a busy cross door getting in and out of parking areas was difficult.

Breakfast was available, and is decent however this stay i had to leave earlier so could not have breakfast. It would be great if breakfast could be available (just the continental,not cooked) from 6:30 am. For those of us, which i think is quite a few that have to get on the road early. Minor complaint for a great place to stay.

i come in a large ute and long trailer (19m overall). having the big back carpark is great however it does need some maintenance as is has huge potholes that fill up with water (nearly a foot deep).
