The room was a great size. Very comfortable bed and lounge. Came with washer/dryer which was useful. The location was great. It was in the middle of town. The room was. The kitchen was well equipped.

There was some noise from the plumbing but we were told that it was being fixed at the moment. We could see that work was being done. We were given a bottle of wine for an inconvenience. These things happen sometimes. It would not stop me from staying there again in the future.

Only a one night stay so only booked a studio apartment. No real cooking facilities but we used the BBQ in the courtyard. Room was very clean and bed very compfortable. Very quiet apartment. We were on the 3rd floor but there was a luggage trolley available. Staff were very good with any enquiry. We had to pay $12 for a very secure car park. We did not book direct but if you did there was no parking fee.

Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Had great amenities and kitchen items in the room. Quest is conveniently located a short walk from the aquatic centre, Woolworths and eateries are very close by. The convenience of secure on-site parking was also an added bonus.

Would have been great to have a larger freezer in the room, but understand that space is limited.

Well layed out suite with amenities galore and you weren't crammed together getting in other persons way. Staff were happy to help out and full of information for the in-coming traveller.

Elevator/lift ... we arrived about 7.30pm and checked in and didn't realise that there was a safety system in place that you needed to swipe room key card then choose your floor to make it operate ... guess it's to stop public from just walking in and going where they liked if not a guest. I have stayed in variety of accomodation and this is the first time I encountered this - it's not a fault on Quest, just a new safety thing.

Good apartment hotel, stovetop ok, although with frying pan and kettle a little bit too small to fit both. Excellent selection of kitchen utensils, multiple knives, both small and big wine glasses, boxes to keep food in fridge, etc. Room and bathroom spacious. Also free public street parking possible. Woolworths supermarket just 800m away. Just visit cellar doors of local Riverina wineries and Woolworths for perfect self-catering

Ouir room was in railway side, The horn from trains was very loud during the night

location, ease of access, cleanliness, comfortable room, bed was fabulous...

to be really honest - struggling to get a car park in the locked car park area...you would hope that maybe they only allowed ppl who had paid the extra to stay in there - two nights i came in late and there wasn't a park for me...I had wrongly assumed that if I paid, I would have access...

Comfortable bed, the size of the room, modern bathroom, full size fridge and secure parking available.

Having to pay for secure parking. Pump packs in the shower were too high to be easily reached and not on a convenient wall. Towels were very thin and not absorbent. No body lotion as supplied at other Quests.

Great location and reception staff were very friendly.

Noisy pipes, especially if neighbours had an early shower. I was told this is in the process of being fixed. Trains shunting at 3am one morning during my stay. Other guests recommend requesting parkside rooms.

The apartment was spacious. Good air conditioning. Good location.

I thought there was a general tired appearance. Carpets need a thorough clean. Hole in the lounge fabric. Walls need paint. Grout in the bathrooms needs to be scrubbed. Balcony chairs need to be replaced.

Modern, clean, cooking facilities, friendly staff, close to shops, comfortable bed, good heating and dining table for simple meals.

Having to pay extra for secure parking and the distance between car and room as we had heavy bags. The location was convenient but too close to railway.
