Excellent location - close to transport (a 5min walk to the train station), right in the middle of Beaumont Street, supermarket across the road, plenty of options for dining out and several pubs nearby. Good kitchenette - cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge and plenty of crockery, pots and pans, etc. Large, clean bathroom and room was spacious.

If you're not too good with stairs, you might find this place challenging, as the lift rarely works. The bed is two singles zipped together and can be uncomfortable as both beds have seen better days so you can feel the raised sides of the slightly sagging mattresses in the middle of the bed. The property doesn't have paid parking, and street parking outside is timed parking and quite busy, so you need to either park further away and walk up, or keep moving your car.

My biggest issue was the staircase leading up to rooms I was alone & struggled to carry bags up Why isn’t there a lift or if one I didn’t see one

Would have been nice to have a toaster and dish rack. also, needs a blind for the door as very light with the eternal lights out there. I needed to buy an eye mask to sleep

Great location. Close to the Hamilton night-life. Local supermarket across the road. I didn't stick around for breakfast but looks like there were plenty of cafes on Beaumont St to eat

Took me a couple of minutes to realise I was trying to get in the wrong door. I assume it must have been the fire exit door. After finding the right door it was easy to get in with the door code provided by text message

It was on Beaumont Street which has lots of cheap places to eat. There was no traffic or street sounds too - very quiet.

It would be great to have bed lamps;there was only ceiling lights.

great location, easy access, great value for money. it was clean and tidy and just what you want for a vacation.

the double bed was two single mattresses but not the kind that should be pushed together, so there was a considerable lip/ line down the middle. you could only sleep on the single side. when my room was serviced they took my bath mat and didn’t give me another, had to use one of the towels which was not ideal but also not the end of the world.

Very modern decor, spacious room, very easy to check in with a code (no need to talk to anyone lol). Lovely! Central to everything. Even though we were on the main road with restaurants and bars, there was little to no noise at all! Very comfortable

Our friend’s room had a musty smell, however, they were moved immediately to another room.

Location, location, location. From the street it looks a little hidden away. But it was amazing. Walk for dinner, to the pub and then cross a street and your back to your room

Parking was unnecessarily tricky and confusing. Off street where you could park for unlimited hours but not between particular times

You have a problem with mould in bathrooms. Suggest it is a cleaning problem over a period of time. A bit of extra effort needed and cleaning agent. I stayed w nights in rooms 404 & 410. Both had this problem. [email protected]
