We had no expectations of the property, and we were very happy with the clean and simple decor, full kitchen, soft, warm beds. A very short walk to the beach made it even better.

A Tesla charger would have been a big bonus, there was one across the street, but it was for their residents only. It would be a big draw card for them because the chargers are very few and Far between. Otherwise, everything was pretty good. Except the hair dryer only blew cold air (Owner was informed) and there was not enough spare toilet paper in the bathroom. The front door lock needs replacing, it was very difficult to use the key.

The location is great, just back from the Main Street so not too noisy. Close to Golf Club for meals etc. and a view of the ocean from our second floor unit. A short walk to one of the best beaches you will find anywhere. The unit was clean with plenty of room and facilities. There was a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, all provided free.

Not a thing. I am pretty sure if you were to go during holiday season the area would be overrun with tourists, so I would choose the time of year carefully.

The size of the apartment was fabulous for a few nights away, it was great for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the extra touch of having milk in the fridge was nice. Having two rooms, plus a lounge gave us the space we needed. Nice and close to the golf club that served a fabulous meal.

The furniture is a little outdated and could do with a little modernisation. Change the artwork and change the paint could could really uplift this space, however this didn’t stop us from having a great trip away.

The location was perfect and very close to the beach, cafe and golf club. It's just a short drive into Ulludulla as well. The property was very clean and comfortable and the manager (Dave) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We would have liked our trip to be a bit longer. There wasn't anything else we didn't like, we will keep going back every time we go to Mollymook. The value for money is a very big plus for such a large and comfortable apartment.

First of all just want to say how me and my friends all loved the location and value for money. Dave was a very friendly host and greeted us with kind and great customer service. All 3 of us agreed our beds were comfortable and whilst the place itself was small for 3 of us we found it rather cosy especially since it was right next to the beach. Kitchen, Lounge, Bathroom and Bedrooms were all great sizes for the 3 of us. Thanks again, wish we could've stayed longer.

My only real complaint is that the free WiFi was slow at times, normally when everyone in the complex was using it at once. That was normally during the day, at night it was fine.

Perfect location. 200/300 meters away from the beach and Mollymook Club for foodies and drinks. I got upgraded to a 2 bedroom free of charge. The appt was excellent/Clean/Comfy Kitchen fully equipped so you can cook you own meal. Perfect for a family of 3/4 Perfect for 2 couples or friends, the living room had 2 couches Very quiet during the night. I definitely recommend it for anyone who want to chill and relax down in Mollymook at a cheap/decent price. Did I mention the beach is not even 5 Minutes walking from their units? The heater worked perfectly they even had electric blanket on top of that. Super clean apartment.

Nothing to dislike.

Location (one street back from a patrolled beach, around the corner from a big playground); lovely light apartment; full kitchen. Dave was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Access to a BBQ and outdoor table was great. There was a vacuum and hairdryer.

Some extra kitchen basics would have helped (i.e., oil, extra tea towels), and we needed to request extra toilet paper. The lights switch in one of the bedrooms was a bit temperamental.

Great location, one block from the beach. Comfortable two bedroom apartment with full cooking facilities.

The fan in the second bedroom didn't work and it took ages to get the one in the main bedroom turned on. Dave came and looked at it but couldn't get it to work but provided a small fan to use. After I made the reservation I phoned twice to ask a question. Both times I had to leave a message and neither time I received a call back.

The One bedroom apartment No8, was very clean, with nice and neat furniture. There was a good amount of Tea, Sugar and Coffee waiting in the Kitchen. Unfortunately too cold to sit outside to enjoy a cuppa on the balcony. Manager Dave super nice and friendly bloke, had a jug of milk ready at check in for a long awaited cuppa.

Not that I didn’t like it but the bathroom was super compact. Once you got into the room you had to squeeze yourself to the basin to close the door. Definitely no room for more than one person at a time.

A short walk to the Beach and the Golf Club where we had dinner Always love the South Coast and know this area very well so was at home here. Comfy bed and lounge with all you needed for the weekend. Self contained kitchen had all the bells and whistles

I have a bad knee so the climb up and down the stairs was a chore, but the pleasant utlook from the balcony made up for the stairs
