The room had everything! Microwave, small fridge (larger than a bar fridge), jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses, wine glasses, coffee and tea, nice biscuits, tea towel, iron, ironing board, chairs and a bench table. It was so much more than a motel room. There was also access to washing facilities and a clothes line in full sunshine.

The only fault I could find was that I drink green tea and there were no green tea bags provided. Such a minor and trivial comment!! Just shows how great this place was!!

The staff were very friendly. The pool was great, very clean and nicely landscaped. Great for our young son to play in with us. Fairly quiet too even though it is on a major road. Good location to get to dining etc.

There was too many chairs in the room which meant I struggled to find a place for the suitcase but made do by just moving a chair out of the way. No biggie really but if I have to answer that is the only thing I could think of. We liked it all.

Our room was at end of corridor, very private.

The gentleman in room next door smoked, we had to close our windows. Also, there was no chair & table or outdoor seat, so we had to take the room chairs out & take them back in. Also the wardrobe needs to be aired as was musty smelling , so did not put anything in there. Bed was uncomfortable. Overall, I'd still come back!

Great friendly staff, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything you needed. Also the little details of having little plates, bowls, cutlery, kettle, tea/coffee/biscuits, hairdryer, Iron, ironing board etc, were all very helpful and good to have! Great location right in the heart of Ulladulla, can walk to shops, restaurants, supermarket.

On the highway close to shops. I was given a room at the back so noise wasn't a problem. Room was spacious and comfortable with a microwave provided for those who wanted to eat in.

While bathroom was big toilet area was a little cramped. No big deal

Very warm & friendly reception upon checking in. Very informative relative to local dining options. Clean & pleasant room. Very comfy bed & pillows. My partner was greatly assisted in situating the motorbike we travelled down on undercover with it raining. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff and standard of motel facilities and bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The motel is old and therefore limited in the scope of what it can offer but within that limitation it is convenient, very clean, very well operated and the standard of rooms and facilities is excellent.

The parking spaces used to be adequate when people drove normal cars. However, if you stay on a night when there are several 4WD monster utes it can be a little squeezy gettng your car into the marked spaces.

the room was very clean and room was serviced/ towels changed daily (at our request via door hanger- if you wished to re-use towels this was also an option). We didn't use the pool due to time restraints, although it looked very clean and inviting. Plenty of car spaces available.

Location very convenient, on the highway, easy to find. Price was good, facilities were very clean. Lady at reception was very friendly. Pool was nice, fairly clean, water was clear but dirt had settled on the bottom - probably hard to keep spotless as road pollution from the highway I guess.

Bed was very hard. A lot of light coming into room despite the lovely plantation shutters. Also all the extra lights - TV, Microwave, clock - together it meant the room was lit all night. I did not sleep well and had to go to work in the morning. I could not open my windows as the person in the next room was smoking outside his room and it was coming in. I had to sleep with the a/c on, which is not ideal

Room was very accommodating and had lots of ammenities, bed was clean and comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend for accommodation in beautiful town of Ulladulla. The pool was an refreshing bonus as well!

Walls were a little thin due as to being close to car park but nothing too bad as noise happened early in the evening
