The room was clean and appointed as expected. There was good heating and plenty of room, and a very comfy bed.

Noting that comes to mind

Well the room exceeded my expectations. First of all, I brought my Mum and her friend to stay at the Tree Motel for one night. The deluxe room was really big. It comprised of three separate rooms a bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and another room with one single bed and a bunk bed. Very spacious. Plus, there were lot of plates, forks cups, glasses in the cupboard. Even better there were frying pans, electric plug cooker. This is great because sometimes the lunch and dinner options in Narooma are a bit expensive and quality isn't great. So it was fantastic to be able to cook our own meals. I have stayed in many motel rooms that are much smaller and have less things in them. So I really couldn't ask for more. Also the motel manager, lent me his snorkel, so I could go to the Blue Water Pool in Bermagui. I definitely want to come back again and stay in room 1A. Please don't tear the place down and rebuild it. It is very unique and should be preserved. From Matthew Tam

All the staff were very welcoming, the first day I arrived Dave knew I didn't have a car and drove me around the town, everything was perfect, a very enjoyable trip, the hostel is very close to the narooma plaza!

It was simple but all you needed for a few days. Bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and warm even on a mild day. Good location. Basically next to a shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, fast food restaurants etc. Close to the Main Street and beach.

Paper thin walls, you can hear a lot in the next rooms, could even hear someone snoring. Didn’t like that the only way you got daylight into the room was by opening the curtain which exposed your entire room (a sheer curtain would be good to have).

Lovely location, walking distance to shops and supermarket. Great pool and BBQ area. Very good parking. Beautifully kept grounds. Excellent on site manager, friendly and very helpful.

It was easy to access, clean working BBQ, pod coffee machine is always a plus, pool, good parking, quiet and well serviced. Dave was most helpful.

Ease of check-in.

Someone was parked in my car space outside my room. The car looked like it was abandoned. I went to park in another car space and it belonged to someone else. When I raised this with management, the response was that we weren't full that night. You could have parked elsewhere. It is inconvenient as you have to park elsewhere and you might park in someone else's park and then inconvenience them. And you then have to carry your belongings from further away.

Close to shops etc, clean, quiet

Only thing l would mention was l was not happy when after checking, we went for dinner came back and someone was in our parking spot right outside our room which was lovely to have as made it so much easier to access our vehicle. However, l do not know who parked there as all car parks were full except last unit? So this was annoying, but other than that it was a really nice place. Thanks ☺️

The hotel was good and provided with ample amenities. The room I booked was not very big but was enough for three people and was clean enough. Location was good, close to Woolworth. Overall is a very good experience for a one night staying.

In order to have access code to the room, you have to download a app which is not very convenient for me. If there was a vending machine around, at least sound drink or snacks, that would be even better.

It was really easy to find, parking was free and the customer service was excellent
