Facilities were very clean, bed comfy, choice of pillows (even though we brought our own), and plenty of facilities such as good size fridge and the washer/dryer was a good value ad. Covered in balcony with hot air from aircon unit was a welcome bonus drying out some wet clothes and items after caught in the rain.

Uneven hallway floor near bathroom door caught us off guard a couple of times with a half stumble to keep our footing. Toilet seat was not hinged properly on lhs, so some jiggling adjustments were needed each time for it to remain upright position. Doorway to room would slam shut when we exited which made a loud noise. Some insect screens on balcony windows would be good idea.

The place was very clean. Very modern and quite secure. I was worried about the noise of traffic and what looked to be a train line behind the property, but the room was well insulated and I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring apartments or anything outside. I came after reception hours, so was text messaged instruction for obtaining my room key and access which was excellent and easy to follow. I also appreciated them turning the heater on for me and some lights left on so that I was comfortable as soon as I had opened the room. Very thoughtful! The room layout was a bit strange and probably would have liked the tv facing into the bed, so I could watch tv in bed while winding down for sleep, but due to space, I understand why this wasn’t possible. I didn’t cook or use any of the kitchen, so really can’t review any of the kitchen, it seemed ample for the size and reasonably well stocked with equipment. I was happy to find a Nespresso coffee machine with a number of pods for my morning coffee. I stayed at a number of places in their past couple of weeks for a work trip which has seen me travel all over NSW and QLD., this has to be the cleanest and great value for money offering free wifi, (you would think in this day and age everyone does, but surprisingly they don’t) espresso coffee machine, enough power points to charge a range of devices, (watches, tablets, phones). Overall I was probably most impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

The new apartment was a great bonus. Its location is highly convenient, being close enough to town for a short travel time while still far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the town center. The apartment was fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay and was extremely clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.

There were a few downsides, specifically with the room we stayed in. Our room, located on the first floor and facing the main road, had an enclosed balcony. This made the space feel slightly claustrophobic as there was barely any natural light coming in. Without a watch, it was difficult to tell the time of day, which felt a bit disorienting. Additionally, during our stay, which coincided with a rainy week, we noticed a persistent issue with water dripping. It appeared to be either a leak in the balcony roof or water dripping from the AC unit of the apartment above. The constant sound of dripping water throughout the night made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

The microwave was in an unsafe position. It is taught in First Aid Courses that for safety, the microwave should be at bench height. Access: At bench height, you can easily access the controls and remove hot food without straining. Viewing: You can easily see food while it's heating, grilling, or backing. Cleaning: You can access all areas of the oven, especially when cleaning. Height: The base of the microwave should be between 900 mm (36 in) and 1250 mm (49 in) above the floor".

Location was close to the centre, but far enough to feel private and quiet. Very close to the train station for those arriving by train. The reception staff were super kind and helpful. Our room was clean, the heater was on, so we felt really cosy on our arrival. Coffee pods, super comfy bed and the kitchenette makes Amica apartments an excellent choice when travelling to Orange

Extremely modern and clean. The toiletries were really nice.

We had the one bedroom. The only complaint was the air conditioning. The unit is in the lounge living area so it doesn’t quite make it to the separate bedroom. If the bedroom had a ceiling fan that would be fine no problem at all.

The apartment was good and clean. It met our expectation, reception staff were friendly and had our keys ready for us. Quality of bed, linen including sheets and towels were good quality and fresh. The kitchenet was well stocked with cutleries and crockeries though we didn't use it. It was centrally located for our purpose.

The underground parking entry is abit tight but manageable, and it was convenient to have an alternative undercover parking area

The washing machine and dryer was a bonus as we had 3 weeks of dirty clothes to wash. All kitchen dishes and appliances needed for our stay so we could prepare meals and save on takeaways.

The bath towels could have been a little larger. Not everyone is a size 8. Also it would have been nice to have the facecloths, hand towel and bath mat changed out daily when the room was serviced.

The apartments were extremely clean and a very good size having a full kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and we had the option for daily servicing as well. A 10minute walk to the main street of Orange.

We were on the side of the building near the main road and had unmovable slates to keep the noise out which was successful, however, this made the apartment quite dark where we needed the lights on all the time.

The studio is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Located a 15 minute bwalk from shops, cafes etc.

Small items- the building' design results in the only sliding door opening to an enclosed balcony with a window. Completely beyond their control and a result of current fire safety systems is the bright flashing green LED on the smoke detector above the bed.
