It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the ease of access to local attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful sleep each night. I was also pleased with the convenient parking options available at the hotel. The parking was spacious, secure, and easily accessible, which made coming and going hassle-free during my stay.

This was a great inexpensive place to stay after needing to come to Penrith for an appointment. It's a fantastic location, less than 500m from the Emu Plains train station, making it an easy place to get to, and to get to anywhere else from. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked an accessible room, and it was great for my needs, though I was a little surprised at some of the choices they'd made which prevented it from being a fully accessible room for people who use wheelchairs. They may have other accessible rooms with a different layout, but this is the one I was in. It had grab rails for the toilet and shower, and a well placed shower bench. The room itself was a good size, with a double bed, chairs and table. I liked the nice easy to use lamps that you just had to tap the base to turn them on and off. Plus the main light was a proper room light (I'm not a fan of hotels where you only get dim lighting) It had a little kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and cutlery, which was very useful. The floor was tile throughout, and while I personally like carpet, I know tiles are an easier choice for many mobility aids, so that's not a bad thing! The doors are unlocked by just tapping the key card against the reader, which is definitely easier than trying to insert them into a lock, so that was good. I did find the door itself a bit heavy though. Overall, I was happy with my choice of accommodation and would stay here again if I was in the area
They'd taken away the shower curtain which would have made the whole room a flat even floor and put in a glass shower frame and door, resulting in a lip at the bottom of the door which would cause problems for some people. I also would have liked somewhere other than the tiny shelf next to the sink to put dry clothes and toiletries. The height of the microwave meant it wouldn't have been suitable for a wheelchair user.

This hotel is in a great location - very close to train station, shops, restaurant precinct and supermarkets as well as a local gym and a beautiful walking track around the river. Staff are really friendly, the rooms are well appointed, quiet and clean and provide everything you need for your stay. I left something behind by accident and the hotel staff called to let me know and organised to post it back to me, which i appreciated.
I have stayed at this property many times now and will always request a quiet room. The ones with adjoining doors can be very noisy if you're unlucky enough to get noisy neighbors.

Loved everything other than the fact that I was literally cornered into paying more money for an early check-in. I am thankful though for being able to check in early even though I paid nearly 30% of the total room charges! I thought that the charges for this was excessive (seeing that rooms were anyways available) and bordering on price gouging. Felt that I was cornered and forced to pay up this additional charge for a simple early check in.
The huge charge (about 30%) for a requested early check-in, specially on a weekday when there were ample rooms empty.

Had a 4 hour drive which was stressful so when we arrived I was suffering from anxiety. However, Jerry the receptionist was very intuitive and picked up on my mood - he was just SO nice, friendly and helpful. As it was available, he upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment from a Queen studio - at no extra charge!!! This was just so unexpected I even cried. We were meeting family for dinner at the pub/restaurant only a three walk away so location excellent. The apartment was a bit dated, but very clean and beds comfortable.
Not sure what it was - but heard some 'noises' in the kitchen area during the night which woke me up. A thorough search could not locate bugs or mice - so not sure of the reason.

Check in was very easy and the receptionist provided a room facing the carpark, rather than the train tracks, which we had requested. We had a standard queen room, without the full kitchen, but there was a combi microwave and crockery/glasses/utensils provided. Bathroom was functional with tiny soaps and shampoo/conditioner in the cabinet above the sink. It was generally quiet, although there was some construction taking place on the property (June 2024) and there was some noise first thing in the morning. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk, with frequent trains into the Sydney CBD. That took about 50-75 minutes, depending on which type of train you took. The Blue Mountains Line was faster than the surburban train, but only went as far as Central. Staying on the outskirts of Sydney saved us from paying for parking and tolls.
The bed was okay, but rolled around a bit when one of us moved. The pillows were too low for us, even after finding an extra one in the cupboard. The hotel is behind a carpark that serves shops and a pub. We noticed a few characters hanging around. I'm not sure I would be wanting to walk around alone after dark. The hotel carpark stayed open all night, in spite of there being a security gate. I don't know why. There's a vending machine in the lobby, but this is essentially an apartment hotel and there weren't any food options on site. We had to drive to Penrith to get breakfast.

It was very comfortable and quiet stay. We stayed one night on our way somewhere else. The property is large, new, another wing is still under construction. No noise though. The windows seem to be double glazed to spare the visitor noise from near railway track. 5 minutes walk to the station. The room was large and comfortably appointed. Very clean. White, sparkling clean bed sheets and towels. Friendly and smiling lady at the reception desk, helpful with directions. This was a good base for one night for our purpose of travel.
There were no issues with our stay.

Basic serviced apartment in a new condition
Just one issue. An unhelpful staff member who answered my phone calls advising her of my late arrival due to aircraft and rental car collection delays. Insisted I send my bank details by unsecured email to prove my identity and to expect a late arrival fee. There needs to be a better way. By contrast, a very helpful staff member who answered my phone call on arrival and opened the office, welcome me and my wife in without fuss or charging me a late arrival fee. Thank you, kind sir.

The location
We were disappointed with the staff's interaction with us during our stay this time. The lady on duty on the morning of November 5th was very rude, asking us an excessive number of questions about staying past 10 am, even though we had received written confirmation for a one-hour extension. Instead of checking the system, she was unnecessarily rude. After this experience, we’ll definitely think twice before using this facility again or recommending it to friends or family.

Loved that there was a staff member to greet us eventhough we arrived around 10pm! Everywhere was clean, facilities in the room were well stocked and very accommodating (toaster, kettle, air con, tv, toiletries, double glazed windows/soundproofing, 2x tables, chairs, ironing board, hairdryer, great water pressure in the shower. And it was a very spacious room! Made for a very comfortable stay. Also looked really nice. Simple, clean, modern colour scheme and art, had a happy/neutral vibe.
Would have liked an extra towel or 2 in the room cupboard (eventhough it did have 2x large and 2x hand towels already). And I wish there had have been a foam or firm pillow available. And any sort of herbal tea option like peppermint, chamomile or green tea. Would have preferred dim warm lightbulbs in the lamps over the bright cool blue ones. Too bright for night time and early morning, but not a big deal.
