I was greeted by Susan who is made for working in hospitality. She was so welcoming, smiling and very helpful with directions and a run down of the room and facilities. To my surprise, Susan upgraded my room which I had never experienced before and am very grateful. When I checked out, I thanked Susan and an assistant and said I had a wonderful time and will definitely come back with friends to stay in summer so we can make use of the beautiful pool. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient and lovely night, weekend or week away, I fully recommend this place and be sure to be nice to Susan as she is a gem.

A fabulous venue, excellent facilities with access to additional services, water & power for our particular needs - washing dogs for our big show. An additional thought to make it extra special would be to have an enclosed dog run area for pets which was discussed with the lovely lady on reception, we also discussed not allowing cars, vans or tailers with dogs to park under the rooms, we did not but thinking for the future as to not disturb other leisure quests, it would be wise idea to mention that all dog event people park their vehicles containing dogs in the carpark away from the rooms. If this does not suit the guests, then they are aware up front and can choose another venue. With more 'dog events' happening due to the fabulous new pavilion over in the show grounds opposite, this motel is very attractive for its easy access and super accommodation & facilities so would hate it spoiled by those who may take not be considerate to others. the room was very spacious couldn't have had a better room. Very close to race course which is why we booked. Quiet no noisy nights and the best thing was there was a lift if you have problems with stairs.

Had to book a disabled room as all other rooms have shower over bath and I needed a walk in shower which meant I had to pay more rather than a basic room. Also the bed was directly facing the aircon which was blowing on you all night I would suggest they change there room arrangement by swapping the bed and couch.

The room was quite large with cooking facilities, with cooking utensils supplied. The sitting room was comfortable with a large lounge and chair. Air conditioned with a large TV It was within walking distance to the Clarendon Hotel, which offered great meals and, of course, drinks. It was also within walking distance to the railway station, where you could travel to the city of Sydney or surrounding areas. The motel was near the Hawksbury Race Club circuit, and I can imagine this place would be very attractive to the punters.

There was nothing at all to complain about.

Lovely staff, clean room, and plenty of space. Well worth the price for the queen bed in our room. The location in particular was very good for us, because it meant we could walk from our room all the way to Hawkesbury showground where we were attending Winterfest.

The fridge kept making odd noises during the night and woke me up, but the attending staff were quick to solve the issue the next day. If I had realised it was the fridge sooner they probably could have fixed it the previous night,

The room was quiet, comfortable, well equiped and a great size. Great bed and the kitchenette was a real bonus. The extra parking for a car and trailer was fantastic. The location being a little way from town made for a relaxing time. We will be staying again in future on our trips to the Sydney area.

Not having any staff on site for booking in after 5 was a bit strange. No personal welcome made it feel like you were on your own. Doing everything by text or online is not as nice as a real person.

We've stayed here on multiple occasions and have also recommended it to family and friends. The place is quiet and well located for activities in the Hawkesbury, Nepean and Lower Blue Mountains areas.

Unfortunately we had a problem with an uncomfortable bed but it was quickly solved by the Manager, Glenn, and his friendly and efficient staff who moved our bags and contents of our fridge to another room.

The room we booked was huge. We had a king bed, 2 tv's, two air cons and a kitchen. And despite the fact we were in trainspotters heaven near a train line, it was absolutely quiet at night. We thought this accomodation was great value for money, well looked after and the service top notch. We could cook our own breakfast in our kitchen and we had dinner in the nearby pub. The vibe was lovely and leafy, we stayed for 2 nights and could have stayed longer. Much as we love the Crowne Plaza Hotel , this is our new go to.

Perfect for an overnight stop. The team at the motel were super efficient and friendly. Room super clean.

Not soundproofed as eluded to in description. Next to infrequent rail line. You can hear word perfect anyone talking in corridor. And fellow guests doors closing throughout the night. Wack on the AC and things get muffled sufficiently to not drive you mad. Bed super soft but that’s just personal preference!

This place was amazing! So comfortable and clean. I checked in after hours, such an easy process. Looks beautiful and the property is well kept. The room itself is soundproof for outside noise, which is great because it’s on the train line, didn’t hear any outside noise.

Although it’s soundproof for outside noise, you can hear any noise in the hallway - which was annoying at 6am when there were kids talking, yelling and crying in the hallway.
