The Hi Way Motor Inn in Yass is the best place I have ever stayed. It is beautiful, comfortable, you have everything you could want or need in one room. Aircon, TV, fridge, microwave, security... could you ask for anything more? Well, there is actually more amazingness. The owners of the Hi Way Motor Inn are incredible. You could not stay anywhere else that has such an amazing and kind owner. I’ll be booking each and every trip I have in the Hi Way Motor Inn in Yass.

This stay was a break from driving to Sydney. Driver hadn’t driven all the way to Sydney in over 10 years. Hadn’t been to Yass for sometime because of the bypass so it was nice to reacquaint with the town

Room possibly a little small for us (one traveller needed a walker) however room was exactly as advised and very clean & tidy.

The bed was comfortable and everything worked fine. At first I thought the air-conditioning was not working as it was around a corner from the main room. But it soon cooled off the air in the room once it got started.

It is right at the edge of town but is easy to find. The parking in the inner courtyard can be tight. The room is not very big although the bathroom was fine.

Queen size bed but almost jammed against the wall space beside bed inadequate, obviously had electric blanket fitted but unable to get access to remote stuck under mattress with bed frame.` Room clean, bathroom good, though wish all bathrooms had ambulant by toilet, makes getting off low toilets so much easier.

The proprietor was very friendly, even though I arrived later than expected. She had already turned on the heater in my room which was enormously appreciated. The room was scrupulously clean, the shower hot with plenty of pressure, the towels large and fluffy, the bed comfy with adequate blankets. For an older style motel and the very reasonable price, I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

I got in quite late, after a long journey, but Jo was up to welcome me. Clean, new tiling in the bathroom and clean well maintained furniture, fittings and carpet. Arriving late I forgot about ordering breakfast. When I asked Jo about breakfast the next morning she explained that it was too late for a cooked breakfast but was most happy to bring me toast, Vegemite and cereals at no cost. I will definitely stay there again when in Yass.

Staff were very helpful. We were running late, came in by almost midnight, and then we made a silly mistake - we came in to the wrong motel! Naturally, we were stunned to find out that "our" room was occupied lol. We did not expect the staff to reply to our call at that time, but they did, and found out what's going on very quickly. The matter was solved then - to our big relief. Thanks a lot!

Great 2 room apartment style. Clean and plenty of small touches, microwave, plates, cups and glasses. TV’s in each room were a good size. heater on when we arrived which was appreciated. friendly staff.

only criticism was the bathroom did not have any exhaust fan or ventilation. The steam from showering condensed and then saturated everything including the toilet and toilet paper.

The customer service from Harley was great. He made me laugh when I was so stressed out. The room was great because we had two rooms and bench space for things and for the kids to sit and eat.

I didnt mind the retro colour of the bathroom but I know some fussy people would care
