modern great location

the elevator does weird stuff and wait time of around 5 minutes each time you want to use it. the car parks hard to navigate especially when people don’t know how to drive and take corners way to wide and nearly hit you. room service is way over priced for the little not so nice serving of food. shower pressure is not that good and the toilet keep running had to pull the panel out and fix. also what’s the deal with the amount I paid and being in the 1st level twice now I figured at 500 dollars I would be up higher and fix the f&$@ng fire alarm

The location was excellent for access to outdoor activities, parks, lake, transport options and variety of shopping options, including a supermarket opposite and a Westfield centre 10 minutes walk away. The staff were exceptional: highly competent, friendly, helpful and proactive. The swimming pool, spa, sauna and rooftop garden facilities were a highlight. The room was comfortable and well equipped.

It was a little noisy in one bedroom because of a grate on the roadway outside the hotel, outside of the hotel's control.

Bed was super comfortable. Air con worked well. Everything we needed was there. Breaky was delicious. Location was central to the Belconnen area. Room was in great condition, well maintained and cleaned well.

Parking was tight and a long way down in the depths of the building. When we got home after dinner there was only a single parking space left, the car that came in behind us had nowhere to park. By the time we drove down down several levels in the car park, caught the 3 different lifts required to get to level 3 and then walked the 200 paces from the lifts to our room we felt we’d had quite the work out!

Good location. One of the bar staff in particular was very friendly and often greeted me when I came in, even when not dining - which was so nice.

I did not like having to negotiate to not pay for my parking. Parking appears to be included in the Booking.com profile, so I found arriving at the property and being asked to pay was a bit unexpected and unwelcome. I did not end up paying, and the reception stff member was polite, but it just was not nice. Parking surely is pretty standard, especially as this hotel is not in a major centre.

The staff (esp. Ximena) was very kind and helpful all throughout and taking care of our needs and requests e.g. change of room and the late check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good and near Woolworths and restaurants and the lake so that's lovely.

the restaurant was closed and this was informed to us less than a few weeks ago when all hotels/ locations were either fully booked or extremely expensive. Further, the pool was shut 1-2 days due to some object falling into it.

We really didn’t like the bathroom, the lighting is appalling. My husband literally couldn’t see the left side of his face to shave. Having every square inch and every tile Black made it very dark. The lighting in the main room was also very inadequate. There is no shower screen which meant the bathroom floor was very wet after a shower and slippery. We did sleep well

Spacious two bedroom apartment with main bathroom and ensuite facility with one king bed and one queen bed. Lounge is a sofa bed if needed for another person. Cooking facilities provided with dishwasher etc if needed. The heated pool (along with a spa) looked absolutely inviting but we didn't swim due to the wind and coolness of the day. Supermarket across the road and eateries close by with the Abode having it's own restaurant on-site. Meals looked to be reasonably priced. Belconnen Westfield is only about 850 metres away. A very modern facility (4 years old) with a separate residence (dog friendly) apartment tower. Parking was $15 overnight but you could go in and out of the parking area as many times as necessary. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Parking was a bit tricky as all the Abode C20 designated spots on Level 3 were full on arrival but the staff suggested an overflow area in the building.

The staff were friendly, the amenities were fantastic spa, pool, sauna, gym, restaurant, bar. Opposite the hotel were grocery shops, restaurants, hair dressers. We were right next to a lovely lake with great walks, play area for kids and many restaurants and activities to do. Super practical

There is no valet or bell boy to help with bags or parking the car. They didn’t provide moisturiser make sure you pack your own. The beds were firm but I stayed in a wheelchair friendly room say maybe they need to be. No opening windows only air conditioning.

There seriously was nothing not to like about this staying.simple to book and check in and out and being pet friendly is just brilliant

Your car parking arrangements you sold me a hotel car park, and upon trying to find a car park in the evening in the hotel section that I paid for there was not a car park to be had. I was told to park in the public parking area by the front desk attendant. I feel I paid for a car park in the hotel section but you are over selling them if you have 60 parks then that’s all you can sell why should I pay you for public parking . I feel a little ripped off over this. And I believe your practice are wrong .

Didn't try breakfast, kids love buffet. We love the 24 hours gym, and Sauna, and spa.

No shampoo and conditioner and body wash liquid in the bathroom next to spa. Pillow not as good as the one in Novotel. And one of my kids complained about the single bed not as good as the bed in Novotel. Bathroom facilities may be a little bit old? Water not quickly went into the drain, more hangers needed. Could not find the control panel for the air conditioning for kids room -the bedroom with 2 single beds . Not successful to use cast function though followed the instructions on the TV screen.
