The room was spacious, ours had a lounge and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom had wall mounted soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Aircon worked well. Basics like tea, coffee, mugs, plates, microwave, kettle, toaster supplied , which was great. Would like to see a sharp knife and maybe a microwave dish, but this is just a feedback wish not a criticism.

As it was summer bugs were attracted to the lights and TV, and were able to get in under front door. A fly screen door would be great. Fly spray was provided, but a screen would be better. Also a screen door would mean fresh air allowing aircon to be turned off.

The location in Yass was good. The two bedroom suite was adequate. An exception was the bathroom which was nice and modern.

This motel is, and feels, quite dated. Although things worked ok, they were mostly quite old. The exception was the bathroom, which was modern. Parking outside the room was extremely awkward - especially for a medium/large SUV. The downpipe for the adjoining room (behind the parking spot for our room) had clearly been run into numerous times by people trying to use the room’s ridiculous parking spot.

Good size room with dining table and two chairs plus a spare chair plus single seater lounge chair. Nice little kitchenette with full size fridge and sufficient crockery and cutlery for two. Bathroom was modern and clean. Bed was super comfortable. All rooms are on the ground floor so for those with mobility issues the layout is great.

Wasn't close to the centre of town, but we know that beforehand and it was only 3-4 minutes in the car.

Quiet brick, spacious 2 bedroom with wall mounted hair dryer in bathroom. Room with spa bath was great choice. Heating was efficient and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff great communication. Good value, would stay again.

Not much to not like. Winter morning frosts wets everything outside as usual including the outdoor seat cushion so remove from chair if possible before sitting, or stand. The pillows were a little high for my liking.

The room was good in size, the bed was comfortable and had everything we needed, even with the construction workers staying and leaving early in the morning the room remained nice and quiet.

Kitchen looks a little outdated but completely fine for its value. The fruity conditioner did not match with the manly shampoo and body wash provided in the wall mounted pump bottles in the shower.

Welcoming at the front reception was terrific. When i booked a few weeks in advance, the response was quick. Being travelling with 3 young kids from interstate, the Inn popped the heater on in our room in advance before arriving, which made it more cosy & relaxing.

Kids found a sneaky smelly sock under one of the beds that wasnt ours hahah. We had a good giggle though.

Quiet location. Clean light and spacious room with a large comfortable bed, a lounge chair, table with two chairs, desk with chair, plenty of space for luggage and good quiet air conditioner. Flat screen TV with Foxtel and the ability to stream Netflix etc from your own device via wireless connection with free wifi in rooms. Separate area for tea and coffee making with large fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, crockery, and cutlery provided. Good clean bathroom with great shower. BBQ area with undercover tables and seating as well as small tables and chairs in shady courtyard. There is even a car washing area and guest laundry. Local service club offers meal delivery to rooms at good prices.

Breakfast not available. Wasn't a problem for us as we self-catered.

I don't think I have breakfast included, but that's OK. What I like most is the staff at the reception on the day of my checking in --- he was both professional and very friendly ---sometimes you got people who appear professional but not that friendly (at a distance) ...other times you have people at the reception very friendly but not very efficient ...the staff at this motel on my day of checking-in were both friendly and professional

In the context of the Australian motel/hotel sector, this motel is very good indeed, from facilities to cleanness to staff...great value for money

Apartment was very Spacious and plenty of room for 3 x big blokes with the separate bedrooms.

Location is a couple of Klm's out of the main town, and Taxi's weren't operating, so be prepared for a long walk if in town and planning to get on it! Lounges are old and quite uncomfortable, unit could benefit from some furniture upgrades!

We made use of the microwave and fridge for breakfast! Generous space in room and bathroom for a walker. A convenient location to head downtown for an RSL / Soldiers club meal.

The a/c had a broken swing louver, view from bathroom window showed the rear yard was in need of some TLC. An older establishment which showed its age.
