The room was spacious and clean. It fits nicely to what we need. The location is nearby to Woolworth, which is easy to get groceries. As well as quite near the business area, we walked to the nearest car rental company. There is laundry room as well, so we can washed our clothes there, which was convenient. The area is quiet, even if there is no security, but everything is secured.

I guess it will be good if they have an intercom in front of the gate during work hours. Because some of the guests like us, we did not have Australian phone number, and sometimes we didn't receive any email on how to get into the area. So, if you did not receive any e-mail from the property, then you won't know how to get into the apartment, and if you have no way to contact the property, then you just stuck in front of the gate.

The shower was amazing

I cannot understand why $100 is taken upon arrival as a security deposit but it can be returned to said account until 3 or 4 days later ????? Seriously need to rethink then security deposit method Some people cannot afford to wait 3-4 days for their money to be returned !!!!

Size of the room was good and it was great they now have a locked fence across the carpark for extra security and a locked gate to get from the carpark into the apartment area. Great having a proper kitchen with a tall fridge/freezer and cooking appliances with crockery. A short Uber/Taxi ride to/from the airport.

Would be great if there was a washing machine in each apartment, given the cost already. There is access to 2 washing machines and driers, at an additional cost each.

Location was a short distance from the airport which was convenient for me. I hired a car, but a taxi would have been sufficient. The unit was lovely, spacious for one person. Full kitchen, sitting room as part of open-plan kitchen/living space. Bedroom is separate, with ensuite. Everything is clean, there is an animal shaped towel decorating the bed. The shower was hot, with good pressure. Just perfect.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. My only issue was that I'm an older person and there were many stairs (2 flights) to the unit. Which is difficult when carrying luggage. I only brought in my overnight bag, not the full luggage. I would have preferred a ground floor room, but managed with the stairs.

The cooking facilities were good. The location was very convenient to Nightcliff supermarket which had various shops. It was also convenient to walk along the Nightcliff cliffs and jetty. This made for a very pleasant walk. Pillows were very fluffy.

The television had a limited amount of movie type channels although there were a lot of news and sports channels. There was noise well audible from the adjacent rooms but this was tollerable.

It was perfect for what we needed, we had been traveling from Hervey Bay QLD and had stop in Darwin for new employment requirements and stayed 4 days, we booked the 1 bedroom apartment it had great cooking facilities, big comfy bed and excellent shower, couch etc excellent aircon, everything we needed, awesome little plaza down the road, with supermarket, liquor store and excellent butcher where we bought them most amazing Scotch fillet steak to cook, and a barber where hubby got a great cut, the staff at Coconut where so help and nice!

Can't fault it to be honest, would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation.

When we arrived we got a room at the second floor. Room was ok but a bit old, nothing wrong with that, clean enough. We were told there was no room available at the ground floor although we booked months ago. We had a lot of luggage after two and a half months of traveling. When we were relaxing by the pool the manager called us and told us she had another room for us at the ground floor. A wonderful room, big, comfortable with a king bed, new bathroom and good kitchen. Spotless too. Very friendly.

The chairs by the pool were a bit old, only two beds.

We had 2 rooms which suited us well. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had good equipment. Bathroom a little small but clean and a good shower. Overall stay was good.

On arrival one room had not been cleaned from previous tenants. Manager organised cleaners to fix and they did a good job. The lounge bed did not work in the other room (sign stuck on wall) so could not sleep 3 which had been booked. Moved to another room which was fine but should have been provided first. Lower part of the fridge did not work (freezer was OK!).

The staff and other guests were all friendly and polite. We stayed 4 nights. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the small kitchen supplied everything we needed. The location was great with Woolworths just up the road. We had our own car so we could travel easily in any direction. As budget accommodation, it was very good value for money. Would happily stay there again.

The only area for improvement would be the exterior of the buildings looked a bit ‘tired’, not that it bothered us as we were touring each day. I know others have commented you can hear people in other units and that is true, but it really wasn’t a problem.

Easy check-in to a great apartment style room. Comfy bed in separate room; kitchenette, dining, lounge & full size fridge. Outside in lovely tropical gardens is a table & chairs to enjoy a few drinks in the evening. Lovely pool & BBQ area. There is an area where you can wash your car if you have been on dusty gravel roads. Staff were lovely & helpful. Location was deemed by locals to not be the best but there were no issues while we were there and we didn't see any trouble at all. I would definitely stay there again. Darwin is an easy city to get around, so even though location is not in city limits it's only a short drive in.
