The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean, renovated, and spacious enough for two. I was invited by the University of Queensland, and the hotel was very close (15-minute Uber ride). A nearby supermarket was fantastic. It is also close to many restaurants and shops.

The nightly rate wasn't fair! It was above what was offered (e.g., no breakfast). Brisbane is an expensive city (I have no idea how they plan to host the Summer Olympics). Fair to say, though, this is somewhat of a universal problem after COVID-19.

The aircon, ability to save money and cook, comfy bed and wifi ❤️ Not a negative but look into smart TV's, alot ot younger people don't watch normal television and so having netflix/binge and/or YouTube would've been great!

The overhead for the cooktop didn't work, not an issue but I was worried the alarm would go off and I'm unsure if that would've occurred a fee. I tried calling reception but couldn't get through. Also room service option wasn't really an option and in room massages need to be a bit more clearer as I thought this was a service the hotel ran (not a third party service)

Beautifully rennovated and sparkling new rooms in a fabulous location directly opposite Central station (but without too much city noise). Easy access to buses and within walking distance of the whole CBD. The apartment had everything we needed and having a Woolworths next door meant it was super easy to get in supplies for our stay. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a bit of noise from the room next to us (bedroom noise) and the showers weren't great considering how the rest of the apartment was so well designed and decorated. It would have been nice to be able to open a window for fresh air, or have a ceiling fan instead of having to use the AC.

This was a delightful apartment in which to stay. We enjoyed an immaculate and comfortable room, with a wonderful bed. There was also an en-suite, crockery, cutlery and a microwave. Although there is no restaurant on the premises there is an adjacent food hall and other restaurants nearby. The tariff is reasonable and being over the road from the Central Railway Station we didn't have to worry about lugging our suitcases all over town. The Adina is in a great central location from where you can enjoy the CBD or walk down to the river and across to the Southbank. The tariff is also very reasonable. We were impressed with everything about our stay and would happily visit there again.

A great location as we caught the airtrain from Brisbane airport to Brisbane Central Rail station. The Adina Brisbane Anzac Square is an easy walk from the train even with luggage as there are elevators from within the rail station to Ann Street. The hotel is literally a minute or two walk away. Rooms very comfortable, staff most helpful and amenable. The kitchenette in our room quite adequate for basic meal preparation. We were visiting family so we were pleased we could leave main baggage at the hotel as we had a return stay there before leaving Brisbane. Easy walk to Brisbane city centre. City buses outside. Train station across the road. Total bonus next door a great supermarket. We’d definitely go back to this hotel!

A totally minor complaint, but after travelling with, and carting suitcases up and down endless conveyor systems, why expect travellers to hoist their suitcases up yet another seven or so steps from the street into the hotel reception area? Surely a ramp from Ann would be advantageous to travellers?

The Hotel room was clean and well laid out with a comfortable couch. Internet was fast and the room had a good size tv. The fridge was also of a good usable size which was handy as the supermarket was merely steps away. It was in an excellent location and a 2 min walk from central train station across the street, which has a trains to and from the BNE Airport.

It was noisy at times, the dated/original windows have had additional layer of windows put in the frame but the noise still gets through. It is an inner city hotel, but other properties have done a better job of reducing noise. I still slept ok, but did wake occasionally.

Beautifully updated older building with spacious, very clean & comfortable room. Staff were friendly efficient and helpful & had great presentation. Location was fabulous right beside the Anzac Square Garden & across from Central Station. The double glazed windows ensured the room was very quiet & also cosy. It was really delightful & reason-ably priced especially for Brisbane City.

Worth doing the Brisbane River Ferry ride which leaves only from “Riverside” wharf due to construction. It would be good if Reception staff had more information about local events/ activities to tell us. However they were very helpful otherwise.

Very clean. Great room facilities: equipped with washing machine, basic kitchenware & cookware, to heat up food or prepare basic meals (mini fridge, microwave, hotplates for cooking, and kettle). Very comfortable bed. Excellent location (directly across from Central station) and surprisingly quiet given this central location. Excellent staff (friendly and professional).

Heating and a main light were out of order in our apartment upon check-in but staff were able to move us to another apartment once notified of these issues. Overall lighting is a bit dim in the rooms - the bulbs used in the main lights seem to be of a lower wattage such that the rooms always seem a bit grim/dark.

Excellent location, especially for public transport. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils even though it was a studio room. Wifi excellent. Hot water and shower the best. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff courteous. Good to have the supermarket next door. This was my third stay and would stay again, very convenient.

It’s what you would expect, but doesn’t go above and beyond. Poor quality and variety of tea and coffee supplied. Shower was looking ‘dated’ as well as the room curtains. Needs attention very soon.

This is an excellent location for our needs. You can walk around the corner to Woolworths Metro or find a great place to eat out if you’d prefer. The staff are professional and always super helpful with local knowledge and advice. The beds and pillows are fantastic and provide a great night’s sleep. We would definitely recommend Adina if staying in the CBD.

This stay we had a studio apartment which had an adjoining door to the apartment next door. Unfortunately our neighbour was not very considerate about late night noise with his TV volume and phone conversations. While this is out of the control of Adina Apartment, it is a consideration when booking the style of room you’d like.
