I booked this hotel because it is 8.7km to the airport for car hire pick up and return. Key in lock box after hours with code provided on day of arrival. They provided us free shuttle to car pick up near airport. About 450m to Bretts Wharf (get into the ferry, scan credit card for payment, scan credit card again before alighting ferry), 600m to Woolworths, 270m to Hamilton Hotel for a pub meal, petrol station nearby. Also many eating places close to this hotel. Room size for 2 people adequate, clean, bed very comfortable. Microwave, kettle and toaster in room which we needed. Stayed 1 night then back for 3 nights. Hot shower. Wifi excellent ( I requested for a room with a strong wifi signal when booked). Pleasant walk near the beautiful river/esplanade. Capture sunset on the river. Overall a pleasant stay.

So convenient to eateries, transport and ferry. Rooms have been refurbished and offered an exceptionally clean and quiet stay. Having stayed in 5 star CBD hotels the Airport Riverview Motel offers larger rooms, better layout and comfortable bedding. Bonus was the free airport drop off shuttle and friendly and accommodating staff.

The only minor issue is that the bedding is double whereby a Queen size bed would have been better. For some random reason the TV turned itself on in the middle of the night...maybe it picked up a signal from another room's remote.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I took photos to send to my husband back home so he could see how clean it was, I was that gobsmacked. I was able to smoke outside my room. The traffic was a bit noisy, but I live on a rural property so I’m just not used to hearing traffic, no fault of the hotel at all. And then, I got a free shuttle in a luxury new bus, for free! The value for money was beyond belief. Will stay again anytime I’m on a stopover in Brisbane, and will recommend to all friends and family. Thanks 😊

Very spacious, well equipped rooms, comfy beds. L location is outstanding with Racecourse Road and all its restaurants a 2 minute walk. This property is our go to in Brisbane whether flying in or out or in town for a concert or show. Staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend

Carpark is tight, but my husband never seems to have a problem with it. Parking available on street also which seems quite safe as nice neighbourhood

A really great place to stay close to the airport that has clean and comfortable rooms for a quick stopover or a few nights stay in Hamilton (lovely suburb), a quick stopover before a cruise or a great location into the city for a longer stay.

If you want to be right in the city then look for another place to stay. The first time we stayed here we were going on a cruise and they really accommodated us by dropping us off for free (they do this for everyone!) so not a negative!!!

The room was very clean and comfortable and a good "sports bar" type restaurant was only steps away. Reception was very patient when explaining booking.com's errors

It is not an airport hotel- it is a $45 taxi ride one way to the property, thus the term "Airport hotel" is misleading. Reception explained that contrary to the advertising done by "booking.com", there is no free shuttle to and from the airport. Thus "booking.com" needs to update its misleading advertising...shame on you booking.com! I guess the lesson learned is to go through the hotel website and not depend on booking.com

The room was spacious and could accommodate 3 people. It was equipped with everything you need, was close to the airport, supermarket, hotels and restaurants. A shuttle bus to the cruise terminal is also available which was very convenient for us as we were embarking on a cruise the following morning. The staff were amazing and friendly. Ling was lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble 😊 Price was great too; only $138 for one night. Would definitely stay here again.

The motel is an older style and could definitely use a facelift. Our room needed a coat of paint and the bathroom needs an update. The rooms are clean but the dated appearance means it’s hard to make them shine.

The location was excellent - was near to Brisbane river. The rooms were comfortable and clean and there was regular housekeeping service. The staff were really cooperative and catered to our requests promptly.

Would have appreciated more electrical power points and crockeries! However, we did ask for additional crockeries, which were happily provided to us!
