I love how friendly the staff are at the Everton Park Hotel ... * arrival and meeting the lovely Lass at reception - who couldn't be anymore helpful if she had tried * the Bar Staff who smile at the Patrons and ensure the beers are cold * the amazing food and service from the Restaurant * the DM and all the Crew who let me in when I locked myself out :) * .... oh, and the nice way a lady asked me not to have my cigarette outside of my room and clearly showed me the designated smoking areas. I am very grateful to have found the Everton Park Hotel, the location for me is perfect and I can not wait to visit again. Thanks Guys.

My only feedback is a suggestion for a designated smoking area (with seating) for visitors who stay in the Hotel who don't want to have to use the DOSA near the Restaurant, Public Bar or Gaming Room.

I found the room lovely and clean thankyou. The staff that I dealt with were very obliging. Not knowing any better, I did request heating, however the room was warm anyway. Due certain injuries, I do worry about the comfort of beds - especially pillows! I found both to be very comfortable so slept very well and did not wake up with any pain. I did visit the gaming room for something to do and being at a late time, I asked the security guard if he would kindly escort me back to my room to which he did oblige so thankyou for that. I felt very secure in my room.

I did not dislike anything - however, a radio would have been nice.

We selected the Everton Park Hotel for it's proximity to our family and our friends. The convenience of having a dining facility and a bottle shop added to the experience. The accommodation, whilst pristine did not lack and was comfortable and adequate. The staff were helpful in correcting any issue within their scope; there are some things that are "traffic dependent" eg. internet and others that require tradies. Overall, we recommend Everton Park Motel as a place to stay.

The servicing and attention to the rooms, eg. linen, consumables, etc, could have been a little more reliable.

Electric drill at 7:30am Waiting to checkin, I was early due to flight but one one took our name or checked on us.

Location was perfect for our needs - by Northwest Hospital. Accommodating and friendly staff. Undercover park by door. Great meal at location. Basic looking but perfectly adequate room. Rooms older but not dusty.

Though the shower was incredible, the hot water was very hot if bumped or turned on too much - just to be aware. Would stay again if another early start in Brissy required.

Cleanliness of rooms, room service was great friendly and helpful staff, handy parking outside, cafe and restaurant, wholesale, pokies, sports bar, laundry facilities was great to have with the hotel, location was lovely and close to the local shops and malls, a great place to stay.

The rooms being a bit bigger would be nice, otherwise it was a lovely stay for us

Location to family members in the area. Facilities in the surrounding area and onsite with hotel Calm and quiet considering situation behind busy hotel Clean, nice new bathroom, microwave and fridge Clean towels delivered with room service (unexpected!)

A nice place to stay when i visit my daughter.

Room could do with a lick of paint. The vent in the bathroom ceiling needed a clean. And i had to clean the filter on the aircon. Was really dirty.

Staff were very friendly,polite and helpful particularly Kaine. Lunch in Bistro was excellent. Room was tasteful and clean. Beds comfortable. Great value for money and location to hospital/shops excellent. Would book again but fully booked for dates required.

Check out is apparently between 7:30 -10:00am. Waited until 7:30am. No-one around and hotel locked up. Couldn't find a key box so had to leave key in room. Maybe this is what your meant to do possibly? Pricing for can of Sunkist soft drink at bar - $5.20 could be reviewed.

Great value for money Quiet even though part of a large pub. Rooms out back. Some quirks. Room quite dark but did not detract from the exceptional cleanliness comfy beds good lighting new microwave etc Welcoming reception staff but all the pub staff smiled and said hullo Very impressed Would stay again
