Lovely staff welcomed us with a surprise welcoming drink. This is a nice gesture. We also requested twin beds which the staff were happy to accommodate and we appreciated this. We had to extend our stay and again the staff did their best for us. Room is clean and comfortable as described with all necessary ammenities including a microwave.

Front desk hours are very short on weekends so we could not store luggage there when we checked out and before our flight. Now that we are aware, we will plan better for future stays.

Washing dishes. Having managed hotels and motels previously I never expected guests to wash up after themselves. I understand many hotels make you do this now, seems to be the Aussie way. They don't miss you when charging a room rate and on-top expect you to wash up before check out. Unfortunately service in Australia is not like it used to be. It's also unhygienic, I would rather trust me or my staff with washing dishes.

The hotel was conveniently located near Buranda Village (7 min walk) shopping complex and Buranda Busway (5 minute walk). I travelled with my daughter and found the room to be very clean. We had a microwave, fridge, and access to laundry facilities. There's also a mini gym and lovely pool with BBQ facilities. The lifts were very efficient.

I would have appreciated having a vacuum in the room because we stayed a bit longer and the discounted room we paid for didn't come with daily cleaning.

Great value spot, perfect for a weekend away. It was self contained and in a good spot for us attending the footy, walked there and back. Very close to a supermarket. The drink on arrival was such a lovely touch and got the weekend started. The room was quiet and had everything we needed.

I really can't fault this place. It's a bit older and obviously doesn't claim to be 5 star, but for the price it's perfect.

Staff were fantastic. Upgraded the room to help with my request of a single bed Mum and Son cricket Trip. Complimentary drink on arrival was unexpected and lovely surprise. 😁 Location to the Gabba 20min walk, and way cheaper than any other accommodation when the Test cricket was on. Absolutely Nothing

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room for 5 nights and it was perfect for us attending the PA daily as only a 5 minute walk to the hospital, super market and lots of eateries. Bec and the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean aswell as the common areas. Great parking onsite and an uber to the city was less that $20 to! Would 100% recommend.

This is the fourth time I stay there when in Brissy, and this time the crew remembered me by name, even though it has been a year since they saw me. I didn't think I was that memorable, but a BIG THANK YOU for the can of soft drink on the hot day. The rest was just as good as I am used to - clean, safe, close to shops, quiet. Will definitely stay again.

There was nothing not to like. Ideal place to crash in on a short work stay in Brisbane if you are alone. If there are two of you, there are also options of a bigger room.

Comfortable room, facilities were fine, reasonably quiet considering it faced the main road. Nice to have a fridge to keep things in, crockery and cutlery. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, really nice.

I booked a compact room, and it was compact. Little space to store anything and the bathroom was cramped. But it was what I had booked, so I am not complaining. It was clean, and I didnt spend much time in it, so it was fine.

We're a family of 3 on holiday from Sydney, and when we arrived earlier than we intended the staff were very friendly and accommodating and even let us check in a little earlier than our 2pm allotted time, as our room happened to be ready. The 1 bdr apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean, and all amenities in good working condition. Free unlimited wifi, smart TV in the lounge, washer & dryer, air con, kitchen, balcony with an outside view of the city, and a decent well maintained pool. The location was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants, far away enough from pubs and clubs - which was perfect for us. Definitely good value for money, highly recommend and would stay again.

Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles, but understandable.

The room was very comfortable and larger than expected, with a lovely balcony. The bed was very excellent and a plus was the laundry off the bathroom complete with washing machine and a dryer.

I found the shower over the bath very uncomfortable as I am an older lady, a straight walk in shower would have suited me better. I also found the microwave oven in the way on the kitchen bench, a simple shelf in the corner would solve that problem.
