The apartment was very adequate. Our apartment had a little grassed area which was nice. Not all apartments have that. Parking was free, location was perfect for Goma, Museum,Art gallery and QPAC. Short walk to restaurants but the hotel has its own restaurant and bar limited times. Staff were very obliging and helpful. There is a lot of gathering areas to meet up with friends. We would stay again.

There was a very noisy party right next door and we didn't have any after hours contact. Although the rooms are quite sound proof it made me nervous as we had 2 teenage granddaughters with us and the men were very loud. Some people own their own apartments so guess this is hard to control. It wouldn't stop us from booking again as this was probably a one off experience but would be good to have a notice on the wall with a contact number

The staff were nice, good location, okay facilities, like the discount $10 to use as the restaurant, but would have been better if we could use more than 1 at a time.

The room was not clean, there was white powder on the floor, there was hair on the floor, the shower needs to be bleached, the carper was dusty, the towels had stains, the sheets had like a crumb or something on them. We didn't get any toiletries for the first 2 days.

the location is closer for my training, and also the room is so neat and clean. the bed is comfortable and also the house keeping alway come every morning to change my bedsheet, pillowcase and also to tidy my bed neat.

I didn't like eating chips. the weather so cold. if we want to move to another destination we must use Google map.

Location was perfect for what I needed. I was able to checkout at 11am without paying extra and they stored my bag until after my graduation at 4.30pm

I would suggest house keeping check the refreshments, as my biscuits pack was open with a biscuit missing. The email advised reception closes at 10pm on Sundays however I recieved a call at 5.10pm (as I was late passed me original check in time) to advise they close at 6pm. The staff member had told me he would send me the after hours pick up details however he had not and I arrived at 8pm to a closed reception. I kind guest nearby told me to call the intercom and I was assisted to get my room key.

The room is comfortable, all of the facilities are clean and complete. The location is good, we can just go down to the ground floor or at the bridge to watch the fireworks during the new year eve.

Staff need to be improve their customer service. Except the trainee lady where she’s really friendly and provide all the information. But the other staff really rude and impatient where i just asked some direction to the city she just ignored me and giving me sideeye. Other than that, everything is perfect!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great opposite the Art Gallery and Museum. Was worried it might be noisy being so close to the road but our room was lower than road and it was quiet. Lovely food in the restaurant and catered for our dietary requirements. Parking included in room cos & lift to access rooms.

Phone in room wasn't working and trying to get through to speak to someone at reception can be difficult at times. But they are happy to help you in person or when you get through to them.

Location. - we came to Brisbane for wicked, the hotel was in walking distance. The hotel is close to Southbank and the museum. Restaurant.- my fussy eaters loved the restaurant. Pool- pool was perfect temperature every time we went swimming Peaceful room. - we slept really well. Couldn’t hear any other guests. Comfy beds. - we really did sleep well. Washing machine and dryer- travelling with kids was made so easy by having these provided. Thank you! Everything was lovely and clean.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, any time I needed information about anything they was more than happy to help us out with no problems at all. Best coffee I have had ever from their restaurant part amazing service there aswell

There vending machine didn't work properly and when it did would only take notes and no coins and the flap to get the cans out would get stuck and hard to open to get drinks. Really this is all I can complain about with the hotel not really a big issue only when we got back late to hotel and wanted to grab a drink

Was so close to Suncorp stadium.

I thought it was a little bit expensive. Rooms need more milk, coffee etc.

Great staff. Had some initial problems with room equipment (TV) & had a terrible outlook over garbage bins (not quite the "riverside" view we were expecting!) but staff were very accommodating & found us another room which we were very happy with. Nice little restaurant on ground floor. Great location in Southbank - we went on a lovely walk & took a short river cruise - highly recommended if you only have a few hours! Would definitely stay there again.
