A great location to walk or catch a bus. The room was clean. The bed is 2 twins put together but no pad was put on top so the seam was uncomfortable. I stayed on one side. Housekeeping was daily, took towels and trash daily. The owner or manager however, acted as if people are a pain in his ass. Checking in, you have to press a call button, several times and hope someone opens the gate. From there he was just so bothered. No hello, how are you. Just..here's your key, that way. And he walked away. I ignored him after that. Everything else was fine. Loved Brisbane and the river ferry..Kitty Cat. Walking over Victoria bridge for the mall and fun. All the restaurants near the hotel, amazing.

Location was excellent, I walked to everywhere I needed to go The room was modern and clean and had everything I needed. The pool was perfect for what I wanted, somewhere for a quick dip and long enough to do mini laps. I used the spa on the first evening as I didn't feel like too much of a swim

There was a dog that lived in the resident apartments that was a barking a lot on my last day, I had heard it a little bit through my stay but it was really not happy that last day. But dogs will be dogs and it didn't really affect my stay too much.

Walking into the place, I was shocked to see how big the apartment was. Very good surprise, the bed was super comfy, and we had a balcony so was able to sit out and enjoy the sun without having to leave the apartment. Couch was big and cosy. Apartments was also close to Southbank walking distances and close to the West End food scene. Free parking was very convenient too!

No elevator to get to the Level 2, so had to carry a few bags up some stairs so just keep in mind when booking that if you need easy access, you may need to ask for a ground floor level apartment to avoid stairs.

It was a very spacious apartment with a very comfy bed and sofa bed. The kitchen was excellent and the walk-in wardrobe was great. Facilities were great also. It was located so close to the concert venue for us, in walking distance, as were the shops, markets and restaurants ♥️

No lift, however helpful staff carried suitcases up but we struggled getting them down on Sunday with no-one around to assist. The main thing we didn't like was the cleanliness of the shower floor and wall tiles. It had what was an orange mould on the floor and lower wall tiles. I suggest using White King Mould and Soap Scum spray for removal asap as it is a health issue.

Online checkin was quite easy (and i am not tech savvy). Liked location and area alot. Liked having laundry facility in room, really would book again.

Both loo paper rolls were partial or small, so 5 days, 2 people we ran out of loo paper and we werent in the apartment during the day generally. Air con in bedroom- remote screen cant be read easily, so doesnt operate readily. Bin liners a bit fragile for takeout type food packs etc- challenge to get rubbish safely to the main bins. TV not smart?, so unable to cast from phone onto tv,. Vanity tap sprays like a shower rose, not a stream.

I had a pleasant stay at this studio apartment in Brisbane. The location was fantastic, close to public transport, cafes, and key attractions, making it convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you’d expect, including a small but functional kitchenette. Overall, a great value for money and an ideal choice for solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy base in Brisbane.

Facilities are nice, location is perfect. They let me leave my bags for a few hours on checkout day which was helpful.

Ground floor bathroom window is kind of spooky. Like I could see if someone was outside however blurry, would rather it be completely frosted. Additionally, I think cleaning staff should totally put on the radio/TV while they work, but it was frightening to come home as a solo female and hear voices in my room, wish they'd remember to turn it off once they leave. Additionally, despite rubber stoppers, the bed rolled around a lot.

Location great. Facilities in room excellent. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Iron failed and caused electricity to turn off but staff promptly replaced it. Did not get chance to use pool and gym therefore cannot comment.

Noisy tenants but they calmed down before it was late. Reception staff manner not very warm and welcoming but they were pleasant and provided what I needed. Shame there was no carpet in the room. Did not realise there was no lift to carry my bag - I did not find it on the booking details until after my stay.

Was nice to have the little bath, the bed was super comfy but it kept sliding on the floor which was okay but had to keep adjusting the coasters under the wheels.

When I did move the bed I noticed how dirty the floor was underneath the bed. I was also a bit like ugh when I notioced one of the forks was dirty so washed all the cutlety and crockery prior to using. I feel a chaep good thing to add would be a lid for bowls in the microwave to keep it clean and I had no bottle opener.

Great location. Easy walk to the Airtrain station, QPAC, and all the lovely shops and cafes near Boundary St. Supermarkets are within 10min walk distance. Free laundry. Staff was very helpful and professional. They let us check in early because the room was ready. Clean facility. Would definitely go back if we're in Brisbane next time.

Would have been easier with a lift in the building.
