Location is great, good value for money, hassle free parking (but paid, to be expected in The Valley). Professional, helpful, staff. All the stuff you need for a short stay.

I can see noise could be an issue either from the inner courtyard (our bedroom backed onto this) or from the balcony, especially from any parties held in adjacent apartments. But nobody expects a deathly hush here and I didn’t have any issues for my trip. And I am particularly sensitive to unwanted noise overnight.

The location was perfect for us, close to the Brisbane river and one of the free City hopper "stops", close to the train staion and the Airlink train, and close to cafés and supermarkets. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped, there was everything we needed. The bathroom was clean. We also liked the fact that the builing was quiet.

There was just one thing that I didn't enjoy, and it was the fan in the bathroom that was running 24/7 and could not be turned off (I was told it was a kind of vertical ventilation in the building). I found it rather loud, especially at night and had to sleep with ear plugs. On the other hand, it could have been just me being super sensitive, as my partner didn't mind it.

I really liked the location, the facilities in the room, the keypad for opening the door, the carpack availability. The quietness. the inside aread in the building is very quiet.

The bathroom doors barely close, they are light and shakes with wind and it is a bit noisy when it does. The shower place has no shelf to put your toilleteries. or the balcony view was straight to an Office.

Very clean, quiet location no complaints about noise from valley bars as some reviews showed. Bed was a little hard as I am side sleeper but still comfortable… walked to valley over three nights there less then 2 min walk great location would stay again

Some of the guest on our last night were a bit loud for about 30-40 mins but thankfully calmed down and went in there rooms

Kate was exceptional in looking after me. The Location was good. The Bed was like sleeping on a Cloud. The Apartment was spacious and clean. Nice large balcony and awesome kitchen.

Shelves in the shower would have been better. Low water pressure both with the shower and the kitchen. However, the water pressure was better in the bathroom sink.

Location was very convenient for what we needed to do. Many restaurant options nearby, yet not a noisy street. Short walk to the river. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Loved the decoration and the lay out. Very convenient.

The only thing I did not really like was the view, not much of it, just back of warehouse. But still was able to enjoy the sun on the balcony!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to room was easy. Room was well appointed, and smelt nice. Lovely to exit the room and be surrounded by greenery. Ability to walk everywhere and not use our car or public transport was a bonus.

We didn't realise until we arrived that some of us were in Miro and some in Atrium which was a bit of a hassle when we were wanting to get together quickly for various reasons, and having to go down to foyer to let each other in.

Good apartment I believe it has a mixture of short term and long term stays. I had stayed here when visiting friends in Brisbane and they were fine with my friend popping over. Great location was able to walk everywhere. I would stay here again for sure

The television could do with an upgrade I forgot to bring my chromecast for my hangover day but wasn't the end of the world.

Good location and facilities. It had everything.

Mattress on the bed was terrible, well past its used by date. Apartment requires some minor maintenance and general upkeep. Blown light bulbs, missing power cables and remote control to the bedroom TV, and some handles in the kitchen require replacing. Washing machine cabinet door doesn't close, it would be better to remove door completely.

The apartments were located in a great spot for us to get to the venues we came down for. Our apartment had everything we needed and very comfortable. On arrival the Lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming, so were the other staff when ever we were leaving or coming back.

Maybe some kind of stripping on the end of the glass shower screen to highlight it's there. I ran into because I didn't see it properly.
