This has been my default stay whenever I visit or pass by Emerald and have always been good value for money.

I live four hours away and sometimes needed a late checkout, and usually, this was done either free of charge or for a fee. Today when I requested for a late checkout for a fee (so that my sons can have a sleep in) answer was "absolutely not", (Which was even said in a very sacastic way), not because room is booked but because cleaners are running out of work. Answer should have been can you pay for the cleaners which would be an absolute yes. The older gent who used to be here was absolutely a gem and went out of the way in making the stay enjoyable. I have my doubts about the guy who was manning the reception this time.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. The motel owners/managers went out of their way to welcome us and accommodate our extra vehicle.

I was surprised that there were small dogs in the room next to us. They kept coming up to the fence that divided the units and were a little noisy, especially in the morning. As an animal lover, I didn’t make a complaint because they were clearly beloved pets. But I didn’t sit outside for as long as I would have liked because the dogs were bothered by me being out on the patio.

Location was great as we were half way through our journey north and we didn't have to deviate from our path. Lots of food options close by and a Woolies and a bottle shop which always comes in handy. Kids loved the pool after spending 9 hours in the car and we had a comfy night sleep despite the storm that came through Emerald that night.

The unit set up was great, neat and tidy, and had everything that we needed.

Our main bed was terribly uncomfortable, but the kids were great. The main bed could use either a lamp or a duller Light bulb in the roof above. I really wanted to stay up and read but couldn't because the bed lights were really bright, not just a dull lamp light.

Comfy beds in the twin room. Nathan and Anna went out of their way to accommodate us when our car unexpectedly broke down.

You must book your room in advance because the motel fills every night without fail.

Great location. Lady who checked us in was welcoming and friendly ( I think her name was Phillippa). We were upgraded to an apartment. It was excellent - very modern and clean.

Have stayed here a few times now.. it's still a goodie! Lovely, friendly lady in reception on check in.. Our room was spacious, clean, well equipped kitchenette with everything needed, very comfy bed, clean bathroom with lovely hot shower!

Nothing, all good!

Very clean, room temperature was cool upon arrival. Crockery and cutlery, wine glasses provided which was very handy for our sensational dinner from the Lucky Noodle Box just around the corner. Undercover parking.

No Face washers provided or detergent to wash dishes as a tea towel and dish cloth were provided.

It was a supportive environment to support a person with a disability. The toilet was a bit low, but we had the equipment to support the client.

Excellent service with friendly and helpful office staff. Very clean comfortable rooms with well set-out facilities in the rooms and space to move around in. It was quiet, facing away from a major road.
