Room was beautifully decorated. Everything you might need was provided. It presented as relatively new and the room was a good size. The property is located at the rear of The Imperial Hotel right in town. Lots of restaurants and cafes around you. The hot mineral pools and outdoor entertaining area was beautiful. Pools could do with a handrail to enter but other than that we loved our night here.

Not much, we found the bed too soft for us. We choose a room without a balcony thinking it would be on the lower floor. It was on the 2nd floor. So needed to use stairs. Pools could use a handrail to assist with entering.

Room was lovely, hot pool was a bonus. Very good nights sleep and enjoyed most of our time here.

The duty manager’s attitude was very poor and wasn’t exactly polite. We arrived early and as instructed popped to the bar to give driving licence and credit card details. At no point did we ask to check in early, yet we received a speech from the manager telling us that we couldn’t expect to check in and ignored us when we told her that we were just following a request and had no intention of checking in early as we had plans. Did not appreciate being spoken down to like a child!

We've stayed here a number of times and this is a lovely boutique hotel. Location is great, close to everything. Fabulous art inspired rooms with comfortable bed and immaculately clean facilities. Decor and amenities are high quality. The shower is fabulous and the bed is very comfortable.

No face to face service. It would be nice to see someone, either at check in or check out. It's also such a shame/disappointing (seems to be since the place has changed owners) the complimentary goodies/welcome pack and selection of local drinks to sample (which is a great way to promote local produce) are gone.

Great place to stay. The location is fantastic and the room was very spacious and comfortable. There are eateries close by, with good access to the street. It’s a brilliant spot when the markets are on.

The wonderful warm mineral pool and spa were a bonus but there were no hand rails to help get into and out of either one. The spa is very deep. The pool looked deep too but we couldn’t get in to try it. The steps were a long way down! Overall, it’s not a good property for people who have difficulty with steps! 😁

The design of the hotel is artsy, unique, and probably one of the most beautiful customized boutique hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything has a special touch to it. Bed was very comfortable. I felt inspired and relaxed staying there and will definitely go back.

ID and credit card details must be provided prior to arrival otherwise, there's no front desk after 5pm. I arrived at 7.30pm on a heavy rainy day. Code provided via text message is not working, when I called, I was told to walk to the Imperial Hotel to check in even though I've paid the full amount for the hotel. I was told later that they must take down my credit card details in case I steal something from the room.

Eumundi is a great little town to visit. The location of this hotel is excellent - directly opposite the markets and within walking distance of a range of shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The hotel rooms are stylish, roomy and comfortable with modern bathrooms. I'd definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

The staff at the pub linked to the hotel are really lovely and deserve 5 stars. However, for some reason your actual booking must be dealt with over the phone with an office in Brisbane and their manner is not the same. It's weird, impersonal and not at all in keeping with the close-knit community atmosphere of Eumundi. At the prices they are charging they should leverage one of the location's biggest assets; it's people, and employ a local or two to provide a normal hotel reception service.

The room was very clean, and I enjoyed the touch of local artwork and wares. The room was also lovely and cool on arrival.

It was unfortunate that we stayed a night when there was a DJ event next door, the music felt like it was coming from the building we were in (however it wasn’t). I would advise checking prior to booking if there is any music events on in the Imperial Hotel itself. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints the accommodation itself was beautiful and very well equipped.

The locstion was fantastic. Entering the room was so welcoming. The ambience was excellent . Having a balcony was also excellent ...i sat outside after shopping at the Twilight Market and great to hear the beer garden happiness. Directions provided by email was easy to follow once i arrived. I have already told my friend about Hola and shown pics of the room. She will be staying at some stage. I will definitely be staying there again.

I liked everything. I guess the only thing i was unable to walk back through the pathway i had walked to get to the msrket. But I guess security is important.

This boutique accomodation is fitted out to an excellent standard and provides a mood of relaxation and comfort. The bed was large and gave us an excellent nights sleep. The use of many local arts and fixtures are a fabulous touch, along with details of the artist or artisan who created them. We had a room in the back building, which felt private and cosy but generous in every way. The Leif toiletries are divine as are all of the amenities. After a late night drive, we were greeted by a gratefully appreciated welcome pack. The after hours checkin service was well communicated.

we stayed at hola for a birthday getaway Nikki and Simone were incredibly helpful and the rooms and location are fantastic you are right in the heart of eumundi if visiting the market or wanting to dine at the imperial hotel - food is great at the imperial and the cocktails are well priced

having to pay a 200 bond which is slow to be returned please trust that your guests will be honest citizens or have the decency to return the holding deposit once the room has been serviced and you have checked that nothing has been stolen or damaged - this cheapens the experience
