Pool and spa area was good, the complex was reasonably quiet. We had booked a 2 bedroom and was given a 3 bedroom so that was a nice surprise which enabled my friend and I to sleep in our own rooms whilst our girls shared the main bedroom.

The toilet, shower downstairs which was also the laundry had a frosted window however it faced directly onto entrance area of all the units so it would have been nice to have a curtain or blind on the window to pull down, so we didn't really use that bathroom to shower.

I loved the layout of the resort. And the pools. The staff were super lovely. And location perfect. Great price!

Some of the units are a bit dated, mainly the upstairs areas ie bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen was quite dusty like no one had used this particular unit in a while. And the linen on the beds are just getting old and thin, with a few small holes. None of this is criticism as such just observation, for the very reasonable price we paid we were very happy. And I think the new owners are slowly renovating the resort bit by bit which is great! Would definitely stay again.

We really liked that all the appts look out to the pool, the appts decor was fitting for the resort style comfort we were looking for. One of the pools was heated for the winter months which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Because the appts are close together, you can hear a lot of what is going on in the appt next to you. If you are looking for privacy, this is probably not the place as any balcony or outdoor space you use will be met by other guests.

Good location, close to the Noosaville river and a short walk to Woolworths. Very comfortable beds. Lovely gardens, good pool and husband loved the hot tub. Good kitchen with all the basics. Highly recommended!

Not all streaming services were available on the TV but otherwise all was great.

Lovely resort style close to water and restaurant strip. In perfect condition and very clean. Good facilities and equipment for DIY breakfast . Staff very friendly and helpful.

Noise from the Apartment next door was a little annoying as their seemed to be a small party going on. Car parks should be marked out with lines so other guests keep their car within the lines.

Great location and very well maintained respite whilst the apartments are very clean.

The beds, they are terrible. For the minimal cost, the main room needs a king bed and the two other bedrooms should should have king singles. In the kitchen, add one more fry pan as one is not enough to cook bacon and eggs for a family. Apart from this, everything else is perfect. Thanks

Loved the large spacious property. Very well equipped. Lovely gardens and surroundings. Lovely pool. Fantastic location with the river ferry just at the end of the road. This is our second stay here. We will definitely come back.

A little bit dated. Stayed here four years ago in a different property which was pristine and more modern.

Unit 45. Lovely renovation and comfy beds. Good facilities. Well maintained grounds an facilities. Short walk to river and restaurants.

Unit 45 is very close to Gibson road which is busy. Traffic dies down at night though. Unit 45 backs onto the tennis court. In peak times this might be annoying.

Really there's nothing to dislike about CBNR. It had everything you could possibly want from a holiday. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and were in part just part of a very enjoyable holiday.

The only thing that slightly marred the holiday was, having not seen seen our fellow guests for some years and talking quite normally, our "neighbours" decided as it was past curfew (2100hrs) asked us to "keep it down". Perhaps, curfew would would be better from 2200hrs.

Our three bedroom apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was located in a beautiful spot within walking distance to the water and restaurants, with a shopping centre very close. The pools and spas were lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and the check in process was easy. We would love to stay again.
