We received a warm reception at the hotel on arrival. Housekeeping was offered throughout the stay to change towels and replenish supplies but we opted not too as we only arrived the night before. Tea and coffee generously stocked. And cutlery and crockery well stocked. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall hotel grounds is clean and well set out. Free laundry is a big bonus especially in Gatton.

There was no taxi service in town but nothing the hotel could help with. Maybe this could be something to consider for later, contract a local person to offer this service to guests.

The office staff were friendly and answered all question. Made feel welcome from the moment we entered the office. Were offered cold water on our arrival. The free pens made my son's day. Introduced to new owners. The rooms were very clean and fresh. The refreshment tray was well stocked, the bathroom essentials were really good, especially liked the sewing kit, and the bathroom essentials were really appreciated. The meals were really well presented, prices were good value.

No complaints. There was nothing that we didn't like.

The kitchen utensils, cleaning stuff at the Kitchenette are very complete. This hotel also provides free use of washer and dryer, even the laundry detergent is provided. Friendly staff who won’t hesitate to provide any complimentary items in the room that has been used up. Across the road from the hotel there is a park where one can take a walk and a cafe to eat in.

The Queen room is quite small, only have enough space to open one luggage. The shower partitions is too small, as we showered the water will splash out and wet the floor mat.

We had a recent two night stay at Rooms Motel, Gatton, whilst visiting family who live locally. We liked the clean, modern facilities, the bathroom (including shower) and kitchenette were both great. We were able to prepare a very simple meal on the night of our arrival. The microwave would be great for heating up purchased meals. My husband particularly enjoyed to the provision of Milo in the selection of beverages. Overall, it was all lovely.

My only slight criticisms are just quibbles and would certainly not prevent us staying here again or recommending this motel to others. There is not much natural light as the windows in our room (room 11 I think) faced another room and the one over the kitchen bench looked out on to a concrete bank, so if you want to be able to see the sky from your room, the options are limited. There is no full length hanging in the wardrobe, just shorter length, suitable for shirts or jackets, but not long enough for knee length dresses. There were two high bar chairs for dining using the kitchen counter as a table which were fine. For lounge seating were two bucket chairs, which were curiously worn, as everything else seemed very new. A sofa might have been a more comfortable option.

Room was modern, new, obviously well designed & laid out. The room was comfortable enough to have a few guests visit for drinks & a chat. The adjoining bathroom was well designed too, although the sliding door into the bathroom was a good design concept, it didn't quite work as practically as expected. The complimentary tea/coffee & bathroom items were reasonable in quantity and quality (some bathroom items provided you don't even see in the high-quality hotel chains any longer). We have an Hyundi electric car so the free charging station (Tesla) was a bonus we didn't expect too.

The stools provided to sit at the bar table were a nice design, but were uncomfortable and unstable. The privacy frosting and sound proofing on the bathroom sliding door was not practical. There didn't seem to be a fan inthe bathroom and if there was, it didn't work very well.

The property was excellent, the rooms were so nice and modern and really comfortable, I would definitely stay here again !! The property manager was sooo nice , we were stuck getting transport into town and she drove us herself. Had a BBQ also on the property and that was great also . Had breakfast delivered to my room and it was amazing. Overall I would definitely recommend this place ☺️

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the space to put bags and clothes was plentiful. The bathroom was well set out and the shower was great.

The air conditioner above the bed rattled all night which would have probably kept us awake had we not been so exhausted. The door to the unit would only stay shut if it was locked. Minor issues considering how good everything else was. ( Some herbal tea bags could be a nice inclusion too.)

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo etc. for what we needed. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

My parking space was taken by someone else twice out of the 3 nights. The stools in the kitchen were hard to sit on (it felt like you were going to fall off the front) and quite hard for Mum (90 years old) to get up on. Also because when you sat on them, you were half on the kitchen floor and half on the other floor, it felt a bit unstable. Also the door was a bit jammed and you had to slam it to be able to lock it.

This little gem of a Motel had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable. Location is fabulous and the staff were very accommodating ensuring that we could check in an hour early so that we could get ready to attend a Wedding. We also appreciated that there is ample parking and that there is a pergola style roof to ensure your car is out of the weather! We stayed in a Deluxe room and were impressed with the size of the room, particularly the kitchenette and lounge facilities.

The shower was a great size, however when we tried to make the shower warmer, it reduced the pressure of the water which was a little disappointing.

The Room Motels in Gatton was an incredibly friendly place to stay. We had four adults sleeping in one room and we were there for two nights. The beds were two king singles and a king bed which made for very comfortable sleeping. The facilities are great, family rooms have all the plugs you'll need for multiple devices and the kitchen was quite nice with Milo, tea and two different coffee options (instant or French press). It was cheap, clean, comfortable and staff were super nice.
