The proximity to all the venues and shopping we needed was so close. It was approx 6 minutes to everywhere I needed to be. The room was neat and had a decent fridge and a microwave which were great for the 4 night stay we had. The room was neat and the beds were comfortable. There was a lot of space around the beds which was nice and so we did not feel cramped for the 4 nights we were there.

Limited parking within the hotel space. The location of the hotel means that when the hotel carpark is full, parking is available outside the hotel in the carpark for the shops nearby. When the hotel is full the carpark fills quickly. Thankfully on the day we checked out one opened up near our room making the packing of the car much easier.

Beds super comfy, TV worked well as did the WiFi. Staff were super helpful the entire stay and looked after everything well. Housekeeping was respectful of my family as we came and went to the hospital that is within walking distance if the weather is good!

The taps dripped. I mean, if you want me to pick 'something' bad about the place... the owners need to spring for some new washers in the taps, those things had to be wrenched to turn off. Or better yet, just get a mixer tap from this decade. But everything else was fine for the price!

We had a late check in and the staff was very accommodating. They waited till 10 pm but unfortunately due to the long road trip, we reached closer to 11pm. We stayed there for the night before leaving to Gold Coast. The check in was smooth and seamless. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. They had the amenities as required. Check out was smooth as well. Amritpal was really nice and friendly. He came to check on us the next day to ensure everything was smooth. Was a good experience and stay.

Fact the property is welcoming of pets, quality linens, firm supportive mattress, extensive lighting installation in the room, with the cool and warm options set up appropriately for the bed, airflow of ac unit, Toowoomba printing on the artwork above the bed. Friendly staff who answered questions.

Quality of the toilet tissue far too thin recommend charging an extra dollar a room for a far better product to be included with the room & to be super critical the Position of the tv, temperature of fridge, no ash trays supplied.

Very clean and tidy, it’s been 13 years since I visited this motel love the upgrades that have been done to the room. Liked there was complementary drinks in the fridge but also room in the fridge to keep my own stuff in there as well, handy having a kettle and toaster as well as the microwave, the microwave came in handy heating up my takeaway meal. Handy having ironing board and iron to freshen up outfits.

The complementary tea and coffee as well as the cups and spoons have been removed from the room since the last time I was there 13 years ago. No use leaving the milk in the fridge and a kettle on the bench if you don’t have a coffee cup and spoon to use make a hot drinks, I was just lucky that I could pickup supplies and had my travel mug with me. In the bathroom the hand basin sticks out which made getting to the toilet a little awkward.

Great location, pretty quiet, pet friendly but I booked the wrong room so had an extra charge for my companion pup. So good to have a grassy area for the pets to use.

I tried to use the aircon but it didn't like me, I should have asked for help, but was only there for two nights. Also some pet owners not picking up after their animals despite having doggie bags, shovel & bin in the grassy area.

Last minute booking - was accommodated and treated well when we arrived. The room was very clean, the bed was pretty comfy (if you like a firm mattress) and the shower was awesome. I was very happy overall and would definitely stay there again. 😊

It wasn't terrible, but the mattress was a little too firm for me - you can't please everyone huh 🙂

Beds were big. Access to Netflix. Breakfast consisted of cereal and toast with juice. Staff kept up to day

It’s a bit more run down than the images bathrooms need work and it’s between two big shopping buildings so hard to find. It was a bit loud at night

We had booked at the last minute through booking.com due to our movie night ending at 23:30 and it was nice of the property caretaker/manager to accommodate us considering it was so late in the night. We appreciate that guy

Nothing. Everything was absolutely perfect.

I liked the location, which was odd but central to Toowoomba and the price was great too. The staff were super good. Sorted everything and helped in my way they could. Good rooms for a low price, great clean and refurbished bathroom. On a main road but you wouldn't know it.

Beds could be softer to be honest. I did struggle with that. Funny location that you'd miss of not looking out.
