My son loved the water park and pool, it’s a great spot for families

We stayed in the motel part of big 4, everything was great except we didn’t have any plates or knives and forks supplied to use in the communal kitchen, in the motel nor the Kitchen. We ended up going to Kmart to buy a set which was a pain, we talked to a couple of other families that had to do the same. We had a hire car which made this easy enough to take care of but if you didn’t it would be quite annoying. OTHERWISE everything was perfect, we loved our little holiday and the convenience of the location.

Spacious room, very modern. Luxury bathroom with everything you could possibly need provided. Clean room, freshened every day if required. Microwave, fridge, kettle provided along with a clothes horse for drying those wet bathers. Lovely pool, awesome water slides and park. Cafe really nice too! Great location being right across the road from movie world and wet n wild, easy access to the freeway for Surfers or Brisbane.

The water slides close early, so after being out sightseeing for most of the days the kids only got to use them once, and the water was a little too cold apparently! A high sign out front to show the entry especially for night time would be good! Almost drove past a few times 🤣

Customer service, facilities, cleanliness of rooms, value for money, location, pool and activities for the kids!

Cafe food, definitely thinks there is room for improvement with the quality of food (especially with the price point it is) and the staff weren't as friendly in there as around the park. Cocktails were great tho. I do think if we stayed again we wouldn't buy from the cafe though. A couple small things in the room were abit broken (toilet roll holder, shower head wouldn't sit up properly) minor things but still Abit annoying in use. Lastly I think you should offer an electric cooking pan - even just a plug in one. The microwave and other utilities were great but I think if we had access to a little plug in fry pan it would have made our trip easier in the mornings.

Wonderful family holiday that exceeded our expectations by far and love to stay there again. Reception staff, housekeeping and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. Our unit was well equipped and roomy. The bed was comfortable and linen first class. We had a small balcony and table and 2 chairs on ours. There was a car space beside our unit. The laundry had plenty of washing machines and dryers. The pool was surrounded by couches and shade. Also, there was a toddler pool, spa, fantastic water park with slides and a playground. The cafe was a bonus. There was plenty of wildlife, and looking for sleeping koalas was enjoyed by young and old. Also, games room, pedal buggys for hire and fishing in the river provided more entertainment. Nearby was Movie Word, Wet N Wild, Paradise Country, Outdoor Spectacular and Dreamworld.

No fresh clean towels over our 3 day stay, no servicing room so we ran out of toilet paper. We did try to go get more but office was closed when we remembered after our days out adventuring. Unsure if servicing isn't a thing because it's "campground" but I wasn't aware. If we booked singular nights we would've had clean towels each day for same price. Wifi intermittent if in rooms etc but good in main areas of the grounds. I probably wouldn't stay again but for a young family it would be a great spot if you were prepared.

Amenities were awesone, waterpark was AMAZING! The service to your cabana at the pool or waterpark was such a great touch of luxury. The deluxe cabin was great, pillows were a tad uncomfortable so if you’re fussy with your pillows like I am I recommend you bring your own. (I did not and regretted it) 5 minutes from movie world and wet and wild! Amazing! Custer service was also amazing, check in we didn’t even have to get out of our car we pulled up and somone met us at our car and then got our keys and gave us directions. Will hopefully be back!!

Beds and pillows weren’t great, no wifi, tv doesn’t have chrome cast or something for those nights the kids are bored and driving you bonkers.

Melas and Cocktails were yummy, daughter absolutely loved the pool and waterslide.

Our parking spot was so faded that we constantly couldn’t park in our spot, as others thought it was free parking. We hired bikes only for the ppl before us to not bring them back til hrs after I hired them. Arcade took our money but never got to play the claw machine. Food is so expensive, so we went shopping only to have our mini fridge break and we had to wait to get it fixed. Front gate is a bit of a joke when half the people block the entry way, sat in the car waiting for 10min to simply put our code in. We also left a 5days early due to my daughter medication going off when the mini fridge was broken, with no sympathy to get a refund on the days were weren’t even there.

The location to theme parks & other shopping was ideal. The pool & restaurant were perfect for the lazy days. Loved the Halloween week decorations and activities. Staff were lovely.

When the pool got busy there was some unsafe behaviour by kids and very little parent supervision. No need for lifeguard but maybe a staff patrol every so often. The motel rooms were not very sound proof, I could hear our neighbours very clearly & they were just talking.

The house keeping staff were exceptional, always happy and willing to help. The water slides were fun. The family cabin was comfortable and quiet, and had everything we needed. It was a great place for the kids and very accessible to the theme parks.

There wasn't much I must say 😊 I did find it hard to keep track of the house key card. I would have appreciated a lanyard to keep it in and a hook inside the cabin to hang it up.

The park has all facilities at the resort to enjoy your holiday without the need to leave the resort at all. The pool water was lovely and warm and the water-park was great fun. We stayed at the motel and it was so central to these great facilities. We arrived a few days after the destructive storm and the park staff were hard at work to get the park up and running for guests which allowed us to enjoy some of the facilities that were not available when we first arrived. We will definitely be back.

The motel room was great, however it did feel a little stuffy as you cannot open the main window or door in the room due to mosquito's coming in and no screen on either. I would have preferred fresh air to an air-conditioner. The main bed was a little to soft for me, but that could just be down to preference.
