The location was amazing, staff were friendly and the apartments were nice and comfortable.

The only negative was the lack of cleaning. When you pay a large amount of money for a holiday, at the very least you expect the accommodation to be clean. We were unable to use the kitchen and utensils as they were all sticky & oily like. The bath had a build up of grime. The washing machine was unusable because of the dirty grime build up. We found used tissues and old food scraps around the apartment.

The room had all we needed. I specifically wanted a room with pool access which we got. Was great having air conditioning, cooking facilities AND clothes washing machine and dryer. The reception staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The apartments are located on the water front and close to everything. Free parking was great but it was tight. We had a park next to a resident who had covered the side of their car to prevent damage understandably. We sorted a system of letting passengers off before parking.

The dishwasher had flashing lights so didn’t attempt to use, was only supplied with one dish washer tablet for a week’s stay. We opted to wash and dry our dishes, had to buy dish washing liquid as was only provided with 2 small sachets. Only 1 tea towel too. Also, the extractor fan above oven did not work. We had to manage our own rubbish which was a hassle too, taking rubbish out each day to dispose of. The apartments obviously have residents living there full time who clearly aren’t fans of visitors - they are not friendly or overly happy to see you which makes sharing a lift etc awkward. The kids didn’t use the pool as often because of the side ways glances and disapproving looks they received from residents.

Location was perfect & waking to the sound of the ocean each morning was bliss. Our two bedroom apartment was clean & had everything we needed to be self contained.

The pool was empty due to an accident that shattered glass into it. Whilst we accept these things happen I feel that we should have been notified of this prior to our stay given we only booked the same week of our stay and we were advised at check in that the accident occurred the week before. This meant that our children could not swim and was one of the deciding factors in our choice of accommodation when booking.

Beautiful apartment with view over the broadwater - spectacular balcony in our condo. Huge lovely pool. Small nice gym. Booked it to be near a sports tournament but location exceeded our expectations - beautiful ocean front walk across the street. Great coffee shop on the beach 10 min walk away. Some decent restaurants options in an upscale more formal version of a food court 20 min or so walk along the water (some closer too). Very friendly helpful staff.

The amazing Broadwater views, very large unit with lots of cooking utensils, lovely heated clean pool and spa area, location unbeatable, close to Biggera Shopping Centre and Harbor Town. Saw dolphins from our unit on 6th floor. Unit was extremely comfortable for 2 people. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a week but only had 1 single satchet each of dishwasher powder, washing up detergent and washing machine powder. Also one small chux to wipe benches. No bench wipe cleaner. We had to buy extra supplies. Also wifi ran out in two days as only a piddly amount provided. Very strong air deoderiser in hallways that gave us a headache. Not sure why it was used. Road traffic noise was fairly constant while outside on balcony. Not an issue when inside room. Pool noise was prevalent but allowance made seeing it is a holiday resort.

The apartments were very spacious and great facilities that were clean. Staff were friendly and great customer service.

Some of the residents who live there are not friendly and can be territorial and rude. If you have a large group with children/teens I wouldn’t recommend staying here as you may get a list of complaints and abuse from some of the residents. There are a lot of residents who are very lovely just a few entitled people who do not not like youth and spoil it for the rest. This is a nice place with beautiful views it was unfortunate for us that we had to make sure the kids were always kept quiet.

View was fantastic, apartment was clean. Some of the cooking equipment needs updating, fry pans electric grill pretty worn out with minimal nonstick surface left on them. Otherwise, the unit was fantastic.

leaving. As above, some of the cooking utensils need to be replaced due to being worn out. The car parking spaces were a little tight, so we were concerned with potential damage from other car doors etc. but there were no issues.

We loved the view from the huge (7th floor) balcony over the broad water. There was plenty of room for two couples to be comfortable and have their own bathrooms. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Secure parking was great and ours was right next to the lift! TV was giant, easy to log into any of your own streaming services to watch when we weren’t out and about. Foxtel was included. The pool is big enough to do laps in (about 25m) and the spa was nice and warm. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely views of the Broadwater. We were in the very top right corner unit (911). Air conditioned, comfortable beds although believe the master should have a king and the two singles were a bit squished in 2nd bdrm. Kitchen well stocked with kitchenware. Comfortable leather lounges x 2. Wifi doesn’t work despite password given. Master bdrm opens to large balcony with outdoor dining setting for 6 - very nice. Master bdrm ensuite good size and big shower. Pool is brilliant - good large size with lots of sun lounges. Spa is the best I’ve seen! Large, good warm temp and works!! Loved it ;) Site managers very helpful with all needs.

Main bathroom has tub shower that you step ‘up’ into and the shower is far too low for tall people - you actually have to bend down to get your head under. Toilet in the bathroom always proves annoying when multiple people need bathroom. Laundry component is in that bathroom as well - needs modifying Long internal walkways to get to beachfront apartments. No air con in lifts or walkways. Not sure it’s worth $500 a night for 2bdrm on Broadwater.

The location was perfect for our activities in and around the Gold Coast. We arranged a late check in with all the details regarding access given by email on check in day plus access for parking our rental car as well. The airconditioning was perfect for dealing with the heatwave conditions we experienced during our stay. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after our day of activities. The unit was a great set up for a family of four including two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. We would have loved to stay longer. We would definitely book again in the future.

The limited access to free Wifi was disappointing. It was also difficult to get a second key due to reception not being staffed on the weekends.
