We really loved our stay, the hotel was easy, friendly, nothing was ever a problem. The cleanest hotel with attention to every detail. Walking distance to everything, beaches, Sunshine Plaza, restaurants perfect location.The staff were all so friendly, Abel was very professional and most helpful. We are planning our next holiday.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, Always short on glassware, hot food, coffee machine broke twice while we were staying. Must be so annoying for the staff who were flat out and honestly they were all wonderful given that they were overloaded daily and could of easily had 3 more staff to help with efficiency .

Room was a little small but adequate. Handy to nearby amenities and beach. Staff were wonderfully helpful and eager to provide the best service possible.

The parking space and its accessibility was totally inadequate. I went to the parking building next door. The mattress had a cover on which became somewhat sweaty and uncomfortable despite the air conditioner being on 24 degrees. The small tubs of peanut butter were old and tasted awful as well as spilling oil onto my bread before I could stop. I’m sure they were past their use by date. Scrambled egg every morning became very boring.

Room was perfect for what I needed. It was modern and clean and the carpet was new . The bed was comfortable and it had a small occasional chair and foot rest , table for eating at , large tv . I loved the pool , and had a night swim. Bathroom was small but I didn’t need a huge space , I was after modern and clean and it was indeed that. A few Restaurants and bottle shop within a very short walking distance. Also within walking distance to the huge mall . Perfect location

Maybe the firm pillows could have been firmer , but that’s me being picky . Another blanket could have been good but by night two I realised I could turn the heating up .

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great placement for power points and USB slots for recharging my devices. Nice Buffet Breakfast.

I was slightly disappointed to find the room only had one coffee sachet and one sweetener, which I used on arrival at 3pm and after I went to work and returned at 2am, I had to attend reception to ask for another coffee sachet. Not a big deal though. Breakfast was good, but would have been nicer if the coffee machines had been refilled with milk and usable, I ended up, after waiting for a bit, just heading out and purchased flat white from a coffee shop.

Firstly, Farah on the reception desk was a delight! she was friendly, helpful & always had a beautiful smile! The room was modern, well designed and spotless. I especially loved the window ledge where I placed a couple of pillows (after arriving back from the wedding) made myself a coffee and watched the rainy night 👌 The beds and pillows were super comfy and the crisp white linen was stunning! The lobby and eating areas were incredibly clean, I was very impressed with this level. The parking centre on the other side of the street was very convenient as there were none available at the motel. Overall a very pleasant stay thank you 🩷

I was quite disappointed about the bathroom lighting over the mirror, so glad I had my makeup done before arriving because there was no way I would’ve been able to see properly doing it under those conditions! I noticed after checking my bank account that I was charged $294.49 plus $1.02, where as the app said it would be $289 including fees & charges.

Nice, modern room, with a comfortable bed and pillows nice big screen TV on the wall and everything we needed. Pool on rooftop was lovely with a great view and clean. Towels provided in the fitness area. I also enjoyed the music playing in the pool area. We called ahead and asked for an early check-in which was granted at 1 pm instead of 3 pm which was nice of them.

The only thing we didn’t like was the door in the bathroom opened into the shower cubicle so it was a bit tight to get around it if you needed to get into the shower. The breakfast provided was ok but the coffee unfortunately was undrinkable but we may do.

Staff and their welcome - friendly - professionalism was a credit to the company. Thanks especially to Abel and Jo who helped with restaurants and cafe location as well as other local sightseeing options. The breakfast was spectacular even hot as hot coffee and full cooked breakfast and other choices as you liked. The pool on the roof and small gym were also greatwith easy access. I liked the safety aspects of the hotel with card access to floors in the elevator as well as car barrier arms and locked solid sliding garage gate in the evenings. A clean, fresh smelling, convenient, well located hotel WITH fabulous staff. I will return!!

The accessible room I booked months ago was fabulous (large and roomy bedroom and easy access shower/bathroom. The only difficulty was the noisy airconditioning unit. I alerted the staff and a call to a technician was made immediately. I was offered another room but it was not an accessible room so I stay where I was and used airplugs when it was time to sleep. The staff assured me that it would be taken care of in the following days.

The rooms were lovely aesthetically and our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool was great and the water was a lovely temperature. The lobby area seating is lovely and the seating provides an additional area for people to eat their breakfast during busy periods. My partner and I stayed on the Sunday night of a long weekend so the buffet breakfast period was horrendously busy. The staff working that morning were run off their feet replenishing food and cutlery etc but they did a great job and were very lovely even though you could see they were under pressure.

Very minor things but the pool area needed towels replacing more frequently. Again, this could have been due to the fact that during our stay the hotel was booked out and the staff were terribly busy. The mirrors in the gym should have been put on the far wall and not on the wall where everyone on the machines is facing (it's not fair on the people on the other machines having to see my red sweaty face whilst I'm struggling on the treadmill....LOL!)

The rooms were lovely 2 big tv’s living area with small kitchen. We had an outdoor space level 1 which was great. Modern, beds were very comfortable. Hotel was in close distance to everything. Pre paid parking was great very easy in and out. Watch origin and the staff were happy to put it on in bar area great night at the bar.

The breakfast was very basic but what was there was nice. The room carpet hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived we had crushed up sweets and chocolate beside the bed. Which was taken care of when pointed out. No cleaning material to wash cups in kitchen area and house keeping didn’t clean or restock tea or milk. Reception was happy to provide them when asked though without issue.

Good choices for breakfast, carb, no carb, etc. But no one really likes hotel scambled eggs. Not many people were getting them. I think brewed coffee in a pot is a better fit with the rest of the standard of food. The machines for coffee were playing up. One was cold the other was bitter and no aroma. But I do love my coffee. Off street parking was worth it as a female travelling alone.More lounge seating would have been nice.Roof top gym and pool area is excellent for this size of hotel. Night views pretty from the roof top I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Hard to fault anything.
