Very nice location very close to the river. Spacious interior, with two comfortable bedrooms. The pool was lovely, heated, our kids had a wonderful time going to the pool. During the off-peak season appears to be a residential environment occupied mainly by retirees. school holidays started the day we were leaving and that’s when a younger crowd with families descended on the complex. so if you’re looking for a vibrant environment probably best book during school holidays but if you’re looking for a quiet relaxed place with friendly retirees as your neighbours you’ll have a great time off peak.

It was nothing wrong with the property, although it could do with a deeper clean but to be fair it was not dirty. It would be nice if there were some additional supplies to make it convenient for visitors. We had to purchase everything from washing liquid bin bags salt.. other Airbnb frequently will have some available supplies in addition to the basic starter pack that was provided

We have the best time, it was just the perfect location close to everything. We have the two bedroom waterfront apartment so the view was lovely. Also, the shops are walking distance and there’s a coffee shop at the front. Noosa river is just across the road and if you want to go to the main beach, the bus stop is just around the corner. I would highly recommend getting the waterfront for unrestricted view

We loved our stay, but would recommend to management to install air conditioning in bedrooms in room 11. Also, maybe a facelift for the bathrooms for a modernised look. But other than that, everything was perfect for our family.

Perfect location! It was a spacious and very clean apartment. Overall, we had a very relaxing trip to Noosa.

The second bedroom had a ceiling fan with no glass cover for the lights and it had a wardrobe with only one coat-hanger. Furthermore, there was no TV in the second bedroom. The larger bathroom was ventilated by an open window; it didn't come with an exhaust fan. My mother and I would have appreciated a bigger TV screen mounted to the wall bracket in the lounge room rather than having to watch TV on a smaller Hisense TV that was not mounted to the wall. We found the staff to be very inflexible to our request for a late checkout on Saturday. Considering that we stayed for two nights during a school week, I find it hard to believe that every single apartment was completely booked out. I have travelled extensively and have stayed at a myriad of hotels all around the world.

I liked the spaciousness, as it did not feel confined at all. The main bedroom was wonderful. The facilities were well thought out. There was little noise to be heard outside the apartment. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, with extra blankets if required.

I thought we were getting a balcony overlooking the river, so that was a shame as only a concrete view outside. No lifts to take the suitcases up, and the access to the room was outside, so luckily it didn't rain. It was hard for both of us to lift out cases up the stairs.

The gardens and surrounds were lovely. The staff including the gardeners were super friendly and helpful. Help was required one evening and one phone call and 20mins later we had a solution. From the start of my planning Di was so helpful and obliging; keeping me in the loop about the accommodation; making our stay so pleasurable.

We were a little disappointed in that a table had a broken leg, the freezer had a handle which pulled off and the deadlock was a worry. Perhaps a good clean behind all the shutters would be good as behind doors. We have had a BnB so Perhaps my expectations are extra high. The instructions for the oven top does not correspond with the manual which caused a little angst.

We stayed in apartment 48 which is facing the Noosa river and had an excellent view of the river from the kitchen and lounge area. No lift available, but right next to river and there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment if you want to hop on to go the beach. Spacious apartment with the most comfortable beds. Very friendly staff at reception too.

We would have appreciated at least a Nespresso coffee machine for the price that we paid (in comparison with other apartments that we have stayed in in Noosa for the same price bracket). We have liked a small carpet in the lounge space as the tiles were very cold (and it was very rainy all weekend). Luckily we brought a baby throw for the baby to play on.

The location in Noosaville was excellent and easy to find. Quiet location and lovely tropical gardens provided adequate privacy in our ground level apartment. Kids enjoyed the pool . The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable and spotless. Undercover parking was excellent.

Communicating through the website didn’t elicit a response regarding a request for a ground level apartment and I had to follow up later with an email . The smell of bleach was overpowering when we entered the apartment. We opened all doors and windows open when we were in the apartment during the day but the smell was still evident when you entered the apartment 4 days later. Noise from the apartment above was irritating at times but not excessive.

Excellent location, staff excellent. Spacious unit 10, 3 bedroom was not good. I definitely recommend this brand the staff do excellent work but not apartment 10

Very old, desperately needs maintenance. Plaster falling off corners, beds terrible, broken blinds, no air con in bedrooms, dirty fake leather PU lounge with stains (had put a towel to sit on it), security screens lock but glass doors and windows do not lock. Overpriced for a property that's never been updated or renovated since 40 years. It cost $3200 for 5 nights stay which I expected a more well maintenance property. It's not the site managers fault, it's the owner (they are all individually owned).

We have stayed in Noosaville quite a few times but it was our first stay at Munna Beach Apartments and it was a sensational 5 days. The apartments are spacious and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and the outdoor BBQ and pool facilities are excellent. We had two apartments and 3 generations of the family catching up for a very memorable and enjoyable time. We can't thank our hosts Neil and Di enough for looking after us so well.

Loved the space in the apartment, furniture and even the decor pictures etc made it feel a little bit special. We enjoyed the small helpful items like coffee, washing detergent, soaps etc, the pool is excellent, heated and a good side for lounging and playing in. The location was perfect for us, rests across the road and plenty nearby for breakfast lunch dinner, ice cream shop etc. JetSki hire across the road and ferry terminal (to Hastings st) across the Rd. We would absolutely stay here again.
