Huge penthouse with all mod cons

Poor location. Very hard to find anywhere to eat. On site cafe closed at lunch and at noon on Saturday

This was our second stay at this apartment, so our expectations were not really exceeded this time, but they definitely were when we first stayed. Very well appointed with ample room for a long stay. Very clean. Very quiet. Comfortable king-sized bed. Good cooking facilities. Access to a gym and indoor pool. Private washer/dryer laundry facilities in the apartment. Secure undercover parking with remote access. Three very effective aircon units incorporated within the unit. Furnished balcony. Cafe on the ground floor of the complex. Friendly staff member on hand to attend to any needs.

The apartment met our needs perfectly.

The spa bath was amazing, our toddler absolutely loved it, had comments from my husband about how awesome the beds are and he wishes to get the same now for at home, so much room for the 3 of us as my daughter did not want to stay in the portacot provided for long she wanted the "big bed". Have recommended to family and will stay again in future.👍

Only negative we have was the kitchen but we knew it only had a kitchenette and a mini fridge when we made the booking but we made the most of it.

Location was excellent. Room was spacious. The balcony outside my room was an added bonus. Cooking facilities and a refrigerator were unexpected but would be very much a big plus if I weren't working each day.

Parking was very difficult under the building or at the back of the building in the enclosed parking lot. TV was tucked away in a corner (and I understand there was nowhere else for it to go). No easy chair - not comfortable to watch TV from the bed.

Location was very quiet The guy at the front was awesome Knew exactly who I was before I even told him It was nice to come back to a clean apartment Which I didn't know they did it as most hotels dnt until U leave So thank you for our awesome stay We definitely will be staying again

The thing was the shower The way it's been done there was water everywhere and the shower head wasn't very good as soon as you turned it on water went everywhere and wasn't enough towels or floor mats and definitely need to change the toilet paper and there was no dish strainer I had to put the tea towels down to put the dishes on to dry

Everything is wonderful at these apartments. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Nothing is too much trouble and couldn't be more helpful. Free parking on site. Laundry facilities available on site if not in the room. Couldn't find fault with anything on the premises.

Nothing is wrong with the apartments or facilities.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, shops and river walks. The Cafe downstairs was a great option for breakfast. Staff were very friendly, we were able to check-in a bit earlier due to our room being ready, we were offered a late check out at no cost but didn't need it. Plenty of secure parking which was great.. Bed was clean and comfy..

The pool area is in need of major work ,the area is not the safest but pool was clean. The dinning table in our room needs to be thrown out as it was very sticky and had splinters, the couch in the room was heavily stained also, other than that we did enjoy our stay..

I have stayed here many times and have never had any issues. Large and modern rooms and very comfortable. It is always like coming home when I stay. Awesome staff and great location. Free parking is awesome

The cafe downstairs was a lovely surprise with great food it's a shame it isn't open for dinner. The staff were friendly and more than willing to help, and the location of property was great.

The room was not clean when I checked in. Someone had used the toilet, and it was a shock to check in and find out it was dirty. To make things even worse the toilet brush was broken. The wardrobe doors need something to allow them to open without struggling.

I have stayed at CBD executive apartments three times now. I have found the room to be extremely clean on each occasion, quality bed and pillows. Love the large spa bath, perfect after a days travel. Also it is not on the main road so you don’t hear all the trucks going by and get a good nights sleep. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, will be staying again on my next road trip to Airlie, highly recommend.
