Loved the size of the apartment and the location. Pool and spa were great too. Quiet and walking distance to many areas including surfers paradise. Beach nearby was lovely and plenty of great playgrounds around. Loved that we had laundry facilities in the apartment too. We had a great stay.

Small things we didn't like.. it was a bit dated. We fixed the toaster which was shorting while we were there. Main bed was too soft for us. Basic supplies for our 9 night stay so we had to buy toilet paper, soap etc. Otherwise it was great

The location was absolutely marvelous with a whole lot of cafes and restaurants within a short walk but also the shopping and themeparks are also a relatively short drive (especially Seaworld). The apartment was very well presented with nice beds and furniture and also a good kitchen with pots and pans and dishes etc when you need to prepare family meals. A lovely communal swimming pool and spa are there too and secure parking facilities in the basement.

My big problem was we were in the third floor and there are only stairs so had to do multiple walks up and down the stairs with heavy bags in the heat which was not the best experience. Would have been great if there was an elevator there. Also the policy to not clean the room if the stay was less then 10 days means you have to take out your own rubbish and make beds etc. which you don't really want when on holiday.

Excellent location for a Main Beach stay. Unit was functional with laundry facilities and a good sized balcony. Pool area and surrounds were well maintained. Attention to problems with wifi and access to tv was attended to promptly. Secure clean car parking included in cost of stay.

Attention to some minor issues could have made our stay better. There was no hair dryer and tissues, both of which are usually staples in all holiday accommodation. Some hooks in the bathroom would assist with somewhere to put towels when using shower. Although the low rise aspect of the building is a plus in some ways, the stairs may be a consideration for some guests.

Location was great, great facilities, staff were super friendly and helpful, close to everything 😀

No hair-dryer and DVD player didn't work..TV was very patchy but they were minor things as we spent most of our time out exploring. We noticed that the lights in one bedroom and the lounge room were working off the same remote so it was a bit annoying when you wanted the lounge light on but the bed light off.

George and Stacey were the most warm and accommodating managers. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was clean and well kept. Quiet surrounds and only a 2 min walk to beach and Tedder Ave. Pool and bbq facilities were well kept and lovely to spend time at during our stay. We will be back.

security and location nice size apartment

master bed was not comfortable and has a metal spring poking on ensuite’s side when you sit on the edge this mattress should be replaced. toaster does not work properly, microwave was dirty, floor tiles where slimy when walking on, couch and cushions stained and should be cleaned. paper towel should be provided and tissues, there was no dish washing detergent and most people prefer hand wash over soap these days…. upstairs unit where throwing cigarettes but down landing on our patio and table.

Friendly manager and chilled people and location. Super for the beach, Sea World and Tedder Avenue for the best restaurants!

Location and comfort

Swimming pool is very clean and nice. room is spacious. everything was provided in kitchen area and bathroom.

the pool could use a bit more umbrellas for burning sunshine coverage. rooms are a bit outdated. no re-stock for washing liquid no matter how many days you stay, meaning that you can only do laundry once even you stay for 5 days which is absurd. No spare clean bin bag and customer service line isn’t always helpful. The lady picked up the phone don’t know answers related to the room settings or where the things are kept.

We wanted the freedom of bedrooms so that mum and dad could do stuff when kid went to bed. This had two bedrooms and the adults bed was actually very comfortable. Usually a cheap mattress provided but this one was firm but soft enough on top to avoid back pain. There were heaps of extra blankets and duvet covers in the closets. I didn't realize we had two bathrooms so an adult ensuite was a huge bonus. While the property is older it is well maintained and clean. The kitchen was actually well equipped with a sharp knife, veggie peeler, 3 cutting boards, heaps of cooking utensils (measuring cups too). New toaster and jug, large fridge with freezer. There was a decent washer and dryer in the main bathroom which was great for doing a mid trip wash and getting our togs and towels dry before packing up. One of the hosts made an excellent recommendation for Indian Food. There is a little supermarket within a 2 min walk on Tedder Avenue that is amazingly stocked and reasonably priced as well as good restaurants (chinese, italian, gelato). Pool was clean and hot tub nice for end of day after activities, Pool hours are 7am-9pm and son enjoyed early morning and late night (with blue glow lights) swims.

The apartments are older but unless you are quite snobby about marks who cares. the hot tub seemed to be shooting out cold water periodically and we never quite figured out how or why but it would eventually put back out hot water so not a deal breaker. There is a lot of construction in the area, demolition of properties on same street and multiple towers going up. They seemed to start between 6:30-7:00am on weekdays but it wasn't "wake you in shock" noise level. With windows closed it was quite reasonable.

Incredible location to the beach and the staff are super helpful and kind. The pool was fabulous and close to shops and restaurants. Clean and spacious, we were so happy here with our family. Would absolutely stay again, thank you!
