Location is right next to Flinders Uni. If that is where you need to be located the hotel is perfect. Customer services is outstanding. Front Desk staff communicated with us before our stay clearly and effectively. They were very helpful with organizing our group. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Food we delicious and generous sized (so good value for money) and the restaurant staff were exceptionally good. Top quality dinning. The chef's were excellent at providing delicious alternative meals to one of our party who had a serious food allergy. The rooms were large and very well appointed. Good size, very clean bathroom. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel was excellent. No negative views on this property.

Comfortable room. Was nice to have a lounge chair and a small table with two chairs. King size bed very comfortable. The Bistro bar/restaurant had good food. 1st night service was very, very slow. Went down for dinner at 7 pm, our dinner was not served until 9pm. Ate there for several other meals and service was great and food served in a timely manner. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Asked for a late checkout on our 4th morning and it was no problem.

Slow dinner service 1st night. It's location is very far south of Adelaide proper. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but the restaurant in the hotel was good. Would have liked to be closer in to Adelaide central.

For me, the location was excellent as I was attending workshops at Flinders University

The wi-fi was seemed fiddly and when I finally had it working, it dropped out. Ended up hot spotting to my own phone in the end. In the bathroom, there was a towel scrunched up on the floor behind the door. Assume from the previous occupants. All else was lovely and clean though. On occasion there was a whistle coming through from the front door. The sort of whistle that comes from wind getting in somewhere. I checked the sliding door to make sure this was closed properly but it was definitely coming from the front of the appartement.

Mantra Tonsley is situated in a development area with Flinders University nearby. Fortunately, we were not disturbed by any nearby building noise. There has also been an update in the road system nearby but, we found, unfortunately, that Google maps had not likewise been updated. We were greeted cheerfully upon arrival for our two-night stay. The apartment is well equipped and is well presented. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a combined washer/dryer but we had to resort to looking up the model’s manual online to determine how to use the dryer facility. The provision of a simple instruction sheet would be appreciated. Mantra has a café/restaurant which is handy as there is a very limited number of eateries in the area. We were lucky to get one of the onsite car parks on the first night. The off-site parking facility that we had to use on the second night is within sight of the Mantra building and the path back is well light.

This hotel was a decent price with the room being really comfortable. The staff checking me in was friendly and helped with my questions regarding getting into the city. While there is a train station quite close, I was in a hurry to get into the city so I had to use taxi/Uber. So if you are staying, take advantage of the train to get where you need. Despite the things I didn't like, I would stay here again but would make sure I have time and prepare better.

The carpark that is advertised is about 10 carparks which is difficult to get a park if you aren't there early (I arrived at about 5pm and it was completely full). If you don't get a park, there is on street parking but not as safe and I'm not sure if Mon-Fri it is metered due to the location being in what looks like a business park. The location is also quite far from the city centre and the money saved on the hotel was increased by the taxis to get to/from the city.

I found the rooms cozy and inviting. The bed was a highlight, with its soft linens and fluffy pillows making for a dreamy sleep experience. The room also had everything I needed, like a spacious couch and a dining table. What impressed me most was how clean everything was. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, ensuring the room was spotless throughout my stay. The rooms are designed for maximum comfort and offer a perfect retreat for travelers.

I noticed a couple of points regarding the reception hours and parking availability that I feel are worth mentioning. Firstly, I observed that the hotel's car park is to small, it has just a few spots and once its full you need to use the secondary car park was a bit of a distance from the main entrance also I struggle to find the right place. Secondly left much to be desired, particularly concerning the process of extending my stay and transferring rooms. Despite my attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, I encountered significant challenges that resulted in frustration and disappointment.

The showers in the modern hotels are not enjoyable. It’s breezy with no door. The water splashes out and west the mat and,in this case, runs out to the doorway and wets the carpet. You’ll end up with mouldy carpets. The drain needs to be better cleaned. There is a build up of dirty muck at one end that the cleaners are not getting. A tool to get down in the drain is also needed as you can see the beginnings of build up in the drain as well. The table was dirty But all in all, the stay was quiet, very comfortable bed and easy to access information. The breaky food is 5 star and the staff are warm and friendly.

The place was spotless and very modern looking which I loved and expect from Adelaide and the accessibility to the private hospital is amazing and I loved the welcome to the room and found the staff incredibly helpful.

Although the beds were great, some of the seats are very firm to the point of being uncomfortable to sit on. And the views from the Windows aren't that grand as there is a lot of industrial work around and other buildings, and I felt the menu for downstairs was just a tad expensive but the food was good.

New building, peaceful and quiet area to stay in. Loved the black out curtains - couldn’t pick time of day as it was amazing. Comfortable bed to sleep in.

Not many car parks at hotel. They had a car park a bit further down the road. Wasn’t too bad to walk a short distance. Didn’t like the fact that the showers were splashing water on the floor and the bath may wasn’t able to dry properly. No breakfast bar or restaurant. But for us it was ok as we only slept in the hotel.
