The hotel is well placed in Glenelg close to many attractions, restaurants and shops. The room had good amenities such as washing machine, microwave and coffee machine and the bed was comfortable. It was great having the verandah and being on the 9th floor as it had a view of the marina and a little of the beach. The lounge suite was comfortable and good wifi.

We expected that the room would be cleaned/tidied (other than Christmas and boxing day) but they only provided clean towels. Beds were not made and soaps dispensers were not replenished. The bedroom and wardrobe was quite small and most of our luggage had to be stacked in the kitchen.

*TV - only offers Foxtel with bare minimum channel options. Even if you have a Netflix and YouTube account, the reception staff told us that the TV isn't compatible to let you cast or log in to your own account. Both TV remotes are out of batteries in the living room and main bedroom. * Lots of mosquitos in both bathrooms. * Kitchen -The mixer tap and the food grinder in the sink is fault, which made washing up difficult. * No full size mirror, might be a small thing but it would be nice to see how you look like when you getting dressed!

Great location, easy to get to all the restaurants, bars and attractions in the area, bus stop and tram into the city only 200 metres. Room well equipped for self catering. Great views to the hills.

Google maps has the reception on Colley terrace when the actual reception is in Durham st. The lounge chairs were a tad uncomfortable both for sitting and lounging, couldn't find the instructions for operating the washing machine and dryer a short laminated instruction sheet on the laundry cupboard door would solve that problem. Same issue with the air conditioner control.

Location was great Pool and spa facilities were amazing! Great for refreshing after the kids sporting event Lovely and helpful staff Having a washing machine and dryer was very handy. We were there for a sporting event so had to wash daily Air conditioning was great! Was needed on very hot days.

Needed more kitchen equipment eg colander to drain pasta and more forks. Had to get key card recoded twice as it stopped working but apart from that everything was great.

all good, staff were friendly and efficient. the room was basic but well equipped and spacious, and it has nice view even though we were at 3rd floor. nice neighborhood, good to walk around and shop.

Car parking was provided (chargeable), however not many slots were available, having hard time to find one each time especially if we come back late night. The room key was VERY hard to use. Once it goes into the keyhole, it is very hard to remove and took at least 5 min to sort out. This should be upgraded.

Location, Security, Pool, Gym, View, Free Upgrade, comfortable, proximity to shops, food and pubs, on the Tram line, undercover car park, easy access to road.

Room maintenance was poor, staff accepted comments and fault list very well. Faulty GPO in ensuite was a particular concern, broken coffee table, badly scuffed walls, mismatched patches on painted walls, etc. Regular inspections would have triggered repairs. Mismatched crockery and wine glasses, 4 basic 200ml mugs would be nice, basic stuff. Unlikely to retain rating unless better maintained.

Location, quiet at night , spacious and secure. We were also upgraded to 2 bdrm apartment!Maintenance responded quickly to initial problems with entry door squeaking, basin blockage, and air conditioning malfunction.

Needs some TLC- curtains frayed, kitchen drawer panel coming loose, and central table battered around the edges. doesn't really need door in front of fridge, safety hazard?

Steps from the beach, a short walk to Jetty Road and all its restaurants and shops and tram, right on the main bus line. It is very easy to get into town from here. This property is more apartments than hotel rooms which is great for a longer stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. This was our second stay in less than a year. The Oak Glenelg Liberty Suites is the only place we will stay!

Everything was great! We have no suggestions to improve. Keep up the good work.

Location was great. Room had a washing machine. 2 bathrooms. 2 bedroom. Big unit. Balcony overlooking park and beach in the background. Great lighting. King size bed. Soft carpet on the floor. Fan in the bathroom worked really well. Dishwasher.

Found it hard to find where to park in the carpark. Directions from staff were not good. Shower felt small when closed even though a big bathroom. Not much room to put clothes in the bathroom.

We were upgraded to a 2-brm apartment on the 11th floor. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable; with a superb view from the balcony over the marina, parklands and back towards the Adelaide Hills. It was an easy walk across the road to the very good restaurants at the marina. We also liked the walk along the esplanade to the light rail terminus for a trip into the city.

Nothing - all was good.
