Wonderful location Spacious apartment, very convenient The host/owner was very kind to accommodate some of our requests

The room could have been cleaner. Noticed under the bed runner that dust and hair had collected. Also under the kitchen sink there was a smell.. found wet newspaper stored underneath, perhaps left behind by the cleaning service

Great central location and easy walking distance to the waterfront and to local cafes and shops. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and had a great view of the harbor. Even though it was so central, it was on a side street that was very quiet. The apartment was spacious with a decent sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There was also a coffee pod machine and a full sized fridge-freezer, which was a nice touch. It was good value for money and in a really nice area, with free off-street parking. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Hobart.

The apartment lacked basic cleaning products and equipment, like a shovel and broom, pot brush or cleaning detergents. We were there for 6 nights, and there was no servicing for that time, so we felt it needed some cleaning products for us to use. There is no lift and the stairs to the apartment were quite steep. The oven didn't seem to work properly, so I messaged the management but never got a reply.

The view from apartment 7 was beautiful. Since the windows were facing east, you could easily catch the sunrise through the mountains and the city. The kitchen area was exceptionally clean (I can’t highlight this enough). They provided a manual with details about how to use the appliances and their requests (like emptying rubbish and putting dishes in dishwasher— standard things) so everything was very clear.

Nothing really. Maybe the kitchen knifes could be sharpened a little more. The bathroom was fine, the shower has mould on the tiles and in between the grout. The carpet was a bit dirty. But as long as you use inside slippers shouldn’t be an issue. Everything else was perfectly clean.

bed was too soft but cozy comfortable. facilities were good. clean. There was off street parking which was essential in the location. great location to Battery Point entertainment and great food very close to Irish murphy's, Salamanca place, Sullivan's cove and Brook street pier - 10 minute walk past parliament house.

There are stairs to climb to enter the property with luggage. only disadvantage for aged, unfit or disabled. small dislikes - limited towel rack space and soap dispenser or holder non existent. light through window blinds and gaps during the night. a little noisy from other units nearby

Great views of Hobart. Central location, close to Salamanca markets and main shopping.

The carpet needs attention at edges (carpet grippers) have come through and numerous socks were pulled. Parking is limited in the private carpark and very narrow (large 4WD). Suggest having a hallway stand or coat rack being Hobart we had coats on and off when leaving to explore.

Great location; walking distance to Salamanca Market, the wharf area and MONA ferry, and restaurants. Really clean apartment. Beds were very comfortable with nice linen. Apartment is in a quiet side street so no noise disturbance at night. Would definitely stay again.

We were located on the second floor so had to get heavy suitcases up the stairs. I know this is something that can't be changed, but if this could be difficult for people it would be worth checking if you will be in a ground floor apartment rather than upstairs.

great location (especially for Salamanca markets if you’re coming on a weekend), parking right out front, bed was super comfy, all amenities clean and modern looking, easy access with room code rather than having to organise key pickup

TV didn’t have Netflix but that’s ok, washing machine was a bit confusing to use and dryer setting doesn’t work so have to hang out clothes (this being said it is listed online only as having a washing machine and drying rack so we knew that when we booked) still got clean clothes in the end though so can’t complain

great quiet location within 10min walk to other areas such as Salamanca (noting it requires walking up a hill). Our room had nice views. It was very handy having a washing machine and there was a good supply of washing powder along with toiletries etc. I found we had everything we needed supplied which is helpful.

The bedroom is a little tight, both my partner and I kicked our toes on the edges of the bed when manoeuvring around to open/close the blinds. The mattress feels like it might need replacing as it was a bit saggy but this could just be the type of mattress and I do have back issues so am more prone to noticing mattresses than most travellers.

This property was an easy walk to Salamanca. And Hampden Road featured great spots for coffee and meals. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The bedroom was small and a tight squeeze to walk around end of bed. The mattress could do with replacing as it definitely dips in the middle. And the pillows could also do with updating.

Perfect base to explore Hobart as the apartment was a short walk to Jackman & Ross cafe, the waterfront and many attractions. The view from apartment 7 was glorious.

The carpet in apartment 7 was quite stained , it could do with a steam clean. Also, the side tables in the bedroom and lounge were very impractical , the wire crate top could not hold a glass or cup. The tables require a glass top.
