We loved the spa, the sun on the balcony, the 2 extra beds, the ease to go inside the apartment at anytime without staff needed, the location super closed to the sea and to the centre of Cowes. Very practical space. Good quality internet.

The view is not the best. Parking space was outside which was ok but we realised it only after visiting both inside parkings and not finding our number so maybe writing it bigger that the parking space is outside so we can't miss this bit while we read quickly the information about the apartment. Window of staff available is very small.

Excellent location, the views from the room were outstanding - ocean front, very private and quiet (we were on the 4th floor). Easy remote check in, allocated parking spot in the garage. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and well equip. Couldn't fault anything about this stay :) Top tips - Ocean Reach Brewery was really great for beers, and we really enjoyed all the wonderful nature parks which are well worth visiting.

Only grumble was no oven...

The location of the apartment we were in was a water front view with a balcony. It was myself and my 3 sons who stayed, one of which is 21 so I gave him the big bed and slept in one of the bunk beds. Even the bunk bed was comfortable and I slept well. Proximity to the town centre and shops is great as well. I would definitely recommend the Waves Appartments to my friends and family and we would definitely come back to stay again when we are back in Cowes/Philip Island

The only problem I found was the room with the bunk beds and single bed, that faces out to the common area and lifts, need blinds or curtains that cover the windows as the lights are on all night and it shines straight through the windows. I had to put up a blanket to cover them.

My recent stay at The Waves Apartments was pleasant and hassle-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. While the motel didn't have extensive facilities, the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a good value for money and suited my needs perfectly for a short stay.

Spacious apartment near to central Cowes so it was convenient to grab a bite after Penguin Parade. Good view overlooking the beach with a nice little playground for the kids. Private parking was very secured.

Sound insulation was extremely poor. I could hear my neighbor's kid running around in their room. One of the bedrooms was facing corridor, but blinds couldn't be fully blackout, so people could look in if they tried.

Great location close to town centre and on Esplanade. Room was very clean as was linen. Spacious enough for a short stay.

The airconditioning was very loud and close to main bed so could not be left on when sleeping. Lights from outside penetrated blinds directly next to where the kids were sleeping and disrupted sleep. Not enough towels supplied and lots of water escaped the shower enclosure when in use.

Great location along the waterfront of Cowes. Room had all the facilities required and a comfy bed.

Pillows were not that comfortable. TV was older and brightness and contrast were very low. Some surfaces were dusty or unclean like kitchen appliances, behind TV etc.

The apartment was in the perfect location for us with 2 small children, opposite the beach and park and walking distance to Main Street

Only thing that we needed was a latch to lock the front door as my toddler could open the door and run out but not an issue with the apartment would be nice to be able to lock from the inside

Great location close to town and on Esplanade. Apartment was very clean Friendly reception and good communication Staff put on room heaters and ensured fridge set to cold prior to arrival.

Not much linen provided, IE one face washer for 4 guests and no hand towels Only a single towel hook to hang up towels to dry Lights from outside disrupted kids sleep. Need better blinds/curtains

The convenience and excellent communication. Although it was contactless we were given detailed information to be able to find everything from parking to the room effortlessly ourselves. The detailed notices around the place were a good touch as I am easily confused 😊 the room as clean and comfortable and was well stocked, I love a milky coffee and there was ample milk which made me very happy!

Nothing!
