Easy access from the main road. Secure bike storage. Generous room size. Love having the sliding door out into the fresh mountain air. Everything I needed for a relaxing long weekend away mountain biking the awesome Falls Creek trails.
The windows/glass sliding doors need a curtain for privacy. I had to close the drapes which made the room dark and blocked the beautiful view. A bigger TV is needed given the position and the size of the room.

Spacious apartment with all included facilities in the room including a drying cupboard for snow gear and separate locker rooms for boards and skis. Locations very conveniently located close to the accommodation transfer service and within the village. Loved being able to ski in and ski out.

The lift made access so easy when stairs were not an option. We also arranged transport to the bus station at Reception and they were more than obliging.
The shower and bathroom were very small. The screen door to the balcony was torn and the locking mechanism was broken. The height of the balcony rail is inadequate (and easy to climb) and below regulation safety standards.

Location was excellent. Room and facilities just the right size.
Smell of new carpet a bit overpowering the first two days. Bed sheets were a bit short. We pulled the covers and sheets out at the bottom to give us a better sleep.

Perfect Location balcony with view
Soundproof, if a bit noisy from others rooms, bathroom small, The curtin in the shower not good at all it’s glued on your skin when you have showers need to change for a box shower really uncomfortable

The room was very comfortable and well set out. The ski-in ski-out. The kitchenette. Location to shops etc.
Could have a smart TV and a blind in the bedroom. The room was quite warm and the window locked shut.

The room was warm on arrival The room was neat The staff were fabulous from the lady on the phone giving directions to the property, to Zolly hope I spelt that correctly apologies if not. He was so helpful and an asset to your property.
The cleanliness of the room, the drapes had marks on them I didn’t want to touch them. I found the next morning marks on the sheets not from me it looked like food. I didn’t want to make a fuss because the staff were so lovely. I feel the room was tired and needs a spruce up. I think the sign out the front saying Country Club is too small we drove past it.
