Loved the location. We were upgraded to a larger room which we really appreciated. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would definenatly book here again.

We could have used a tea towel and Chux wipe. It would have been great to have tongs for the bbq also

My room was ideal, very cosy & comfortable with parking right outside the door. I particularly liked the floor to ceiling window & sliding door which opened out to the lovely lawns, garden & pool area with a bbq area as well. The location was great, just a 5 minute stroll to the main Morses Creek swimming & picnic area & the ice creamery & shops a short walk onward from there. Beautiful walking tracks along the river very close by & the Arboretum a couple of blocks away. Pete the manager was so helpful, loved my 4 nights & highly recommend staying here.

Great location, very clean. Staff put the heater on before u got there so the room was nice and warm :) Kettle, fridge, microwave. Tea & coffee, and most importantly a hair dryer were all provided! I was arriving late and let them know I’d be there around 10:30pm. Peter messaged me saying it wouldn’t be a problem at all and that he’d keep the office open until I got there. He was very welcoming. Happy to check me in late at night without making me feel like I inconvenienced them at all.

Ensuite was quite small, but okay for a couple of days.

The room was so much bigger than we could have imagined and it was lovely too. Spread out and enjoy the space during our two day/night stay. It was perfectly clean and obviously recently renovated, very fresh and lovely appointments. Loved the dividing wall between two of the three beds, which gave us a little bit of privacy , the Wi-Fi, The table with four chairs, the balcony and the view of the pool. Also appreciative of the air conditioning unit as it was cold. Extra blankets found in the cupboard were appreciated while we were waiting for the room to heat up. Cups and plates and cutlery and wine glasses all provided and very useful... And very impressed with the managers friendliness and helpfulness in finding a dinner spot and also are fast solution when there was a plumbing problem .

We loved it so much. We really don't want to complain about anything.. unfortunately, a plumbing problem meant the shower was not working properly, but the manager was super quick to offer a fast solution and very apologetic even though it was just one of those things that can happen to any one. A plus plus for customer service.

Comfy and clean. Manager very friendly, and stayed behind for late check-in. I liked the bbq facilities even though i didn't use them (but they were there if needed).

Bathroom sink seemed to be clogged. When you'd turn the water on it would fill up the sink (and float dirt etc from the pipes up into the basin). The water would go down eventually though, but dirt/scum would be left behind. Couple of the lights (e.g. above bed) weren't working. Would suggest marking out some basic car space lines (even with spray paint), as people tend to park almost 1.5m apart (too small to park in) which doesn't leave enough room for everyone.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the split system, which we reported. Peter promptly rectified the problem. That evening, we received a text message asking if everything was working correctly. We were very impressed with the personal service we received 👏 Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful large grasses area with pool and bbq was a great space for kids to stretch their legs. Downstairs rooms open up directly onto the space. Staff were great and provided plates, bowls and cutlery upon request for self catering. BBQs were spotless and rooms were comfortable and clean. Quick walk into town too so easy with little kids.

Shower pressure was weak but that’s the only issue.

we loved the location, the grass area and pool, the serenity and the owner Peter made it an even better experience with his daily chats as we soaked up the rays.

the only thing that could be improved was probably the lack of cutlery & plates/ bowls etc.. I would have loved one salad bowl & a sharp knife for the times we ate champagne flutes would have been great but we had brought our own so didn’t worry us. Deborah he only other thing that would have improved our stay would be to have net Curtis for privacy to allow light in. We either had the blinds shut which was quite dark or completely open but lost our privacy.

Great location, easy walk into town to restaurants and shops. Reception/check-in was very quick and easy. Also they were very flexible allowing a late check out to help accommodate our plans. Lovely outside/garden area with nice pool.

Small gripe was that the air conditioners mounted on walls outside room were pretty dusty and full of spider webs - could use a good clean as the outside table/chair are right next to them.

Very good value for money!! The location was a super short walk to the splash park/ town. The hotel had everything you need (BBQ, washer and dryer, pool) the grassed area inside the hotel was superb lovely. Special shout out to the cleaning staff who very very helpful/ utterly delightful. The rooms are nice and cool- very good in summer. Will definitely be staying here again!
