Great sized room, clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and pillows, great little kitchenette to make coffee and heat up food. Great amount of coat hangers to put your clothes on and ironing board and iron in cupboard to use.

Opened sliding door and the fly wire screen was torn and the sliding door kept coming off the track. We weren’t offered clean towels the next morning, there was only 4 small capsules of milk barely enough to put in your coffee, no cold water in the fridge.

Reception friendly and easy check in and room lovely and quiet and lucky to have onsite parking which apparently is not always available. We stayed in a studio which had all the basics for the kitchen and they were clean and functional. Great location. We liked the feel and amenity of an apartment over a busy hotel with lifts and lots of people.. We extended our stay because we were impressed and intend to stay again in the future.

Because of my own inexperience booking online, I didn't specify all of my requirements and the initial room I was given was unsuitable to our needs The staff were quick to understand and we were given the "right" room asap. The new room was on the ground floor, as we are an elderly couple and don't manage stairs well. Both rooms were "studio apartments", were clean, well equipped and included all the amenities as promised. The bed was very comfortable and extra towels provided on request. Parking was very convenient, just outside the entry point.

The location was great, we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne

The facility was well situated as my son was at BAM.

I was needing to request room attendance. Ie: bins emptied, new towels. I did not realise it was on a second floor and there was elevator. I would have preferred knowing before I booked.

Being able to check in earlier instead of 2pm as we had a music festival at Flemington racecourse to go to and we were able to put everything in our room. Also loved the BBQ facility and Courtyard. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Climbing 2 sets of stairs as no elevator ha ha ha otherwise no complaints.

Very large, clean and comfortable apartment. Very comfy beds and pillows. Easy check in and easy to park our car. Helpful staff.

No herbal teas, or enough power plugs in the bedrooms to charge our phones overnight, but a great stay overwise. Would return!

Spacious, great kitchen, close to conference. Easy to find and close to public transport. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I couldn’t get the main tv to work. I could turn it on and put it on mute but couldn’t use the remote to choose a show.

Location is great, beds are comfy. Everything provided for cooking meals etc. Bathroom toiletries available

Remote for television not working - replacement was provided when asked. It is expensive but probably worthwhile.

Always clean . Large rooms , very comfortable and good location to trams into City

It’not something I didn’t like but I think a towel rail in the main bathroom would be handy
